“Went in as a total beginner to the snowboard department and was helped by Josh who was an absolute gem. He helped me pick out a board, bindings and boots and explained everything about them and their use in great detail which helped me make a decision on what was right for me and my level. Super friendly and knowledgeable guy, as well as the other blokes in that section. Was helped by another lovely fellow, whom unfortunately I did not get his name, to pick out a helmet which fit perfectly, so a big thanks to him too. Overall a really good experience for me :)”

“You feel you are being watched constantly while shopping, seems like lots of thieves shopping in the store in the past. The products there is mostly regular under $200 clothes. The quality is so so, purchased a national park t-shirt, after 4 uses, got a few tiny holes on it, when asking for a refund by cash for $200 return which I had paid credit card at least two months ago, the manager said refund to original payment method is a must due to security caution of $200 though I told them my original purchase card had been replaced. Custom service is the worst.”

“I’ve been shopping here for years, and it’s always had a poor excuse for customer service. However, a good salesman kept me coming, made good deals, good advice. Since departure, the selection has dropped drastically, employees take much longer when filling out forms, give bad advice or won’t try to get you better information. Hidden fees, up charging people for credit cards. There are wonderful gun shops and FFLs in town. This unfortunately isn’t one of them anymore.”

“Humiliating and embarrassing experience. 5 associates and 2 managers refused to give me a large PLASTIC BAG to put in all the items that I’m picking up. I even offered to pay. I was forced to walk with $1000 worth of merchendise up to my neck while people starred and asked questions. I might be exaggerating but someone could have easily robbed me, bumped into me or stole my packages. It’s December 21 and I had to park all the way at the parking garage across Trump because there’s absolutely no parking. I was picking up 8 packages for 8 PAYING customers. Dick’s refused to give me a PLASTIC BAG because I’m not a customer, or a paying customer. I literally had to walk across the mall with 8 packages in my lap. Alarms were ringing, and people were starting at me from the moment I left Dick’s until I got to my car. Some people even asked if I’m ok not to mention I almost tripped and fell on the escalator because I couldn’t see my feet. It was very uncomfortable walking with $1000 worth of merchandise and everyone starring. All because of a PLASTIC BAG…… A BAG!!!! Sephora, Macy’s, etc, they all give you bags for crying out loud!!!! It’s PAID FOR METCHEBDISE.”

They were nice enough to store guns I had stolen from me in another state and hold them for months, I of course had to pay a hefty storage fee. But after 9 months or storage nearly it was to be expected. I went back to pick up another firearm background check is currently pending.”
