“Wow! Amazing customer service! My husband and I bought a used shuffle board table on Marketplace and were so excited to finally get it inside and set up. We were disappointed to find the board was not sliding properly. Kristen at Bullseye recommended a different speed wax which we were able to go and pick up that day…they were open during the blizzard. That seemed to help a little but the table was still sticking…Kristen actually FaceTimed us to “see” our board to make more suggestions. She was so helpful with her recommendations and knowledge. After one more trip back she set us up and we have a fully functioning shuffleboard. We will definitely be returning here for all our shuffleboard needs. My husband was amazed by how big the showroom was. Thank you!”

“Drove 2 hours to pick up and order I had placed through eBay. Tried to purchase more memorabilia in their shop. Associate said they were having trouble processing my order after they already ran my card and I got charged. They also couldn't give me what I ordered on eBay because they were all too busy with an autograph signing, and the guy working the counter didn't have the knowledge or authority to give it to me apparently. Long story short I drove all the way there and walked away with nothing other than a charge for memorabilia that I didn't get. Took a couple weeks to get it sorted out after multiple attempts to get my money back for the item I paid for and didn't receive because "their system didn't show a charge". Well, it did, and they eventually gave me a refund. Never leave bad reviews but this was really bad customer service. Would've loved to buy more stuff from them but this has left a bad taste in my mouth.”

“I scheduled an iron fitting with Tom over the weekend. Being my first, true fitting I did not know what to expect. Tom could not have been more accommodating, and when he spoke to me, I felt like he really was listening to what I had to say. He picked up on a lot of thingsI would have never thought about and in doing so was of great assistance in finding a set of irons to properly match by body style and level of play. I felt the time Tom took with me in addition to his experience cannot be matched. Living in a time of questionable customer service across the industry it was an absolute delight to work with somebody like Tom. Keep up the FANTASTIC work and thank you.”
