“I showed up today, nervously walked in after getting horrible service from Reliable Gun 10 minutes prior. It was my first time trying to purchase a firearm as I am recently licensed, I met a gentleman name Scott who was extremely friendly and helpful. He answered all my stupid noob questions, showed me a variety of firearms, and told me what he liked and how he would set it up. I knew a few things I wanted, as I recently shot a few of my friends firearms, he explained each thing in detail, was never pushy, and you could tell he was very passionate about what he did. I walked out of there feeling very good, I spent about $2200 on a firearm, and everything that you'd need to go with it, and I was happy to do so. I am looking forward to supporting this business further in the future (likely sooner than what I want) thanks to Scott's great customer service. Side note - avoid reliable gun, I posted a review about my negative experience there today.”

I sent an email to the team store and got the usual instant reply that someone would get to me in 3-5 days. Zero reply. Very disappointing experience. Be cautious ordering online from them. Very poor customer service.”

“review date: september 10, 2017 i'm from ontario and was doing research for the bauer 2017 flex warm-up pants. i would like to share my CTS shopping experience. back in august 2017, the only outfits that were coming up on google search for what i wanted were us-based sites. while i was prepared to buy from the states, if i can get a reasonable price and the item i want from canada, i will keep my dollars here. as a customer, it pays to shop around to get what you want at a fair price. to CTS' credit, (cts price match guarantee) they were willing go that extra mile, price matching on a competitor and special/back ordering specific colours i was looking for that weren't originally available. throughout all communications, justin taylor was very professional and caring, as if it was his own personal order, doing whatever it took to provide answers, and satisfaction. information updates were quick and timely. i ended up being able to get what i wanted at an even better price than the california website, factoring in extra duty fees and exchange difference. i just got my gear today, and the pants overall were worth the time and effort to purchase. (there were back-ordered items that had to be brought in from bauer to CTS b4 shipping) CTS, esp. justin, your customer service is greatly appreciated because here in ontario there is a lot of room for improvement with many of the retailers, to be polite. that being said, the next time you are in the market for hockey-related gear, give CTS a chance to earn your business. and if you don't see something on their website, inquire with CTS because they just might be able to get whatever it is for you. review update: august 25, 2018 this is an add-on to the original review. we did another hockey apparel deal for 2018. bauer flex pants CCM ballcaps and 9fifty bauer/new era ballcaps were ordered in late july and were received in mid-august. these were custom back-ordered items that to be clear, was not the fault of cts for the time delay. upon receiving the items my friend, son and i are very pleased with the pants and hats. we have gotten and will most likely receive many compliments. thanks to justin taylor, (and his cts people) for his care and concern in doing everything he could to make the deal a pleasant shopping experience. 👍 cts does price match with proof on qualified items. they also offer free shipping upon reaching spending thresholds. for more information, review their website. thank you CTS for making that extra effort to get custom items that southern ontario retailers are unwilling or too lazy to bother with! 😊 cheers to CTS-BC from southern ontario.”

I had placed an online order and the website was not updated unfortunately.when I arrived at the store the tshirt was not available, but the sales rep, Dominick (sp, sorry!) was helpful and genuinely sorry - they showed me an alternative and it fit the bill. Kudos to this young associate working on what is probably one of the hardest days of the year, and managing to remain cheerful, and genuine, and helpful, even faced with a difficult situation.
