Adreno Ocean Outfitters Brisbane

Closed until 09:00 AM

56 Deshon St, Woolloongabba QLD 4102, Australia

“Located in Woolloongabba, they have plenty of parking in front of the store so you don't need to worry about the parking when you get there. It is a very dangerous shop for divers, surfers or any sea activities lover. Plenty of stuff is selling inside. They have almost everything. Friendly staff, you can always ask them whenever you need any help. Overall it is a great store to get your equipment. And it can be very dangerous to your wallet as well as you will end up getting a lot of stuff that you didn't plan to buy.”

Whack Sports

( 16 reviews )

29 Crosby Rd, Albion QLD 4010, Australia

“Poor quality, poor customer service and lacking morals. Shop elsewhere. Purchased a bat for my son in July 2023. With minimal net use after a month a crack appeared in the toe. Whack sports offered to repair if we paid for return postage which we did. On receiving the repaired bat back my son then used it for a further month before excessive damage appeared (toe of the bat tore apart). As my son was now playing comp. cricket we needed a bat and purchased a new one. I requested a refund from Whack Sports (bat was used in total for about 2 months). Cricket stores in Melbourne agreed there is a fault in the willow of the bat and repair would only be a bandaid fix. Whack Sports terms and conditions that ‘damage to the toe of the bat is not covered under warranty’ is invalid in respect to Australian Consumer Laws. As per other customers reviews, Whack Sports have failed to respond to all emails once a refund was requested. The matter will now be heard at VCAT. Disappointing experience but lesson learnt.”

And the man i spoke to in the phone yesterday was also very accommodating. Best customer service and wide availability of bicycles on stock.”

Hart Sport

605 Zillmere Rd, Aspley QLD 4034, Australia

“THANK YOU HART SPORT. I previously posted a negative experience I had while trying to return a faulty speed ball that was two days outside of the warranty period. I am now very pleased to say thank you to the customer service manager for honouring the warranty claim and having the item delivered to my house free of charge.”

For The Riders
4.5
( 8 reviews )

Unit 5/78 Logan Rd, Woolloongabba QLD 4102, Australia

“I booked a service with these guys and detailed a problem with my bike. They went out of their way to phone me and talk me through the problem and got me to bring the bike in to the store. The service guys quickly and happily took the bike in, pulled it apart and spent way more time then I expected. Great customer service guys and I’ll be a repeat customer for sure. Highly recommended !”

Rebel Cannon Hill

1881 Creek Rd, Cannon Hill QLD 4170, Australia

“A good sized sports store with a decent range of sports equipment and clothing. I find that most staff have a sport or two that they know a bit about which can be really handy. One time I was there getting cricket gear for a kid of mine starting out in cricket and the staff member who helped us was really good. Patient and knowledgeable.”

Snow Central
4.4
( 8 reviews )

Shop 1/2 Chinook St, Everton Hills QLD 4053, Australia

“Great place. Has the goods. Helpful staff that get you to where you need to be. Often the “default option” can be quite pricy so be sure to ask if it’s absolutely necessary given your relative skill level/experience. Other than that, good gear.”

Geat access and parking. Wheelchair friendly access. On the ground floor. They have a customer reward program with heaps of club member discounts every week. Rebel Gun Works

“Customer service rather lacking on the phone when I spoke to Jared. Not the best - even compared to Cleavers who I'd rather deal with from now on!”
