Their online store works well and they seem to do a good job keeping it up to date in terms of what is currently in or out of stock. I picked the bike up last Friday. The store was nicely lit and laid out, and quite spacious I thought. They seemed to have a good selection of most things you might want to get. My bike was brought out quickly, I bought some new pedals, spoke to the guy helping me about some questions I had and off I went to ride home. I would certainly recommend the store.”

He was serving a lady, and I could tell he had extensive knowledge and wanted to help her choose the suitable boots for her. So the waiting time didn’t trouble me as anyone would expect to get such a service. And then, William helped me a lot. He is so enthusiastic and friendly. He helped me to choose skis, poles and my daughter’s helmet. When he wasn’t sure about the safety of my boots, he went to his colleague to make sure. They gave me a very detailed explanation. All of this reminds me of when I took my daughter to pick out her new bike. This is my first time to this store. The clerk also provided enthusiastic and patient service like today. “Terrible online ordering and customer service experience! I ordered a 4 pack of Nuun electrolyte tablets to pick up in store. Got home with the box, opened the package to discover that 2 of the 4 tubes were not in the box! Called the store, and had to talk to 4 different people and spent 30 minutes to figure out what was going on. I was told finally that they "couldn't find" the other 2 tubes, but filled the order anyway and charged me for the 4 pack, plus wasted my time to go and get the product. They will refund me for the other tubes in 2 to 3 business days. When I spoke to a manager to complain, they said they had "no control" over how orders are fulfilled and that I needed to speak with someone else. So ridiculous. Won't be ordering from them ever again. Update: Waited the 3 business days, then one more...still no refund. Called the store. They in fact CANNOT refund me for 2 of the tubes due to the fact that the tubes came in a pack of 4. So they lied to me...And hoped maybe I'd forget? Now I have to physically return to the store to get the 2 tubes they should have given me to begin with. HUGE waste of my time. Never will I give them my business again!”
