“Bought some fins online from them. Big mistake. They advertise free shipping, but I realized only too late after clicking the purchase button that 2 day expedited shipping is the default, so I paid like $19 to get a $30 pair of fins shipped. Then, they deny that it was a default and told me that I made that selection which is just a flat out lie! I even showed them a screen shot of it. Unfortunately sizing was off as I am always a 40 but the 39/40 was too small. I requested that they pay for return shipping since I never received the free shipping advertised on their website (the only reason I stupidly didn't support a local dive shop and buy in person). I don't appreciate being lied to by multiple people there telling me I chose to pay for shipping when I obviously thought I was getting free shipping.”
