“Not sure I could rave more about the customer service at SportRx. Still incredibly impressed by the experience two months later. Two of my prescription running sunglasses were stolen and I stumbled upon SportRx online in a desperate attempt to replace, never knowing of it before. What followed was not only getting me some new pairs, but patience and compassion and understanding of what all had happened and then systematically walking me through different options and what was possible. (esp as one stolen pair is no longer made and therefore irreplaceable) It didn't stop there - Al and the team helped ensure that at least one pair would arrive to me in time for the next race. This is unlike any customer service experience I've had - and it makes ALL the difference in why I rave about SportRx. Not just some online retailer that doesn't care or just whipping you through purchasing. Not only highly recommend SportRx but going forward, they're the only place I'm buying my prescription sunglasses!”

“Fantastic area and service. My friend has brought me here several times so he can get clubs fixed and shop around. Granted, I hate golf. But that doesn’t mean this place isn’t what you need. They have everything you can think of when it comes to golf. They even have a putting area to practice (I kill time while my friend shops) and they have a driving screen to practice throwing out your back! It’s amazing. The service was crazy good too. Everyone wanted to help us get started. I promise everyone here wants you to game hard.”

“I was returning from my cycle touring trip in Mexico and needed a spare bike box to pack my bike before heading to the airport. FYI I am a tiny 5 feet tall human and had never taken apart and boxed a bike before. Ming from the shop not only gave me a spare box but lent me tools and taught me how to unscrew and pack everything. I got everything into my taxi and got to the airport on time. Fantastic service - stop by if you can!!”

“I am going to re-review after putting 6000 miles on my first rip current S- this is a real review. ( not I’ve been around the block )I do all my own work on the bikes, so I’m very comfortable with the mechanics and whenever needed help tech-support was pretty damn good if I missed something. The only real fail on the first rip current was the hydraulic front brake went completely out. I don’t mean it needed to be bleed it went out so I replaced it. I just purchased my second the new rip current S with 1000 W motor and the Back brakes after assembly are squealing like a seagull hit by a semi truck. Loosen brakes. Readjusted utilized alcohol on the rotor with a little sandpaper. The pads are tainted from shipping.. I know how to fix it with new pads but it’s a little disconcerting. The thousand watt motor versus the 750 is definitely noticeable . Keep up the good tech-support Juiced that’s what made me buy another . Organic Textro brake pads super quiet I’m going to replace the front metallic ones that were shipped also - good luck getting those cheap screws out of the battery to drop an AirTag in OMG Bigger motor eats up battery faster but is worth it IMHO Also, make sure you go over the entire bike to check for loose screws . Nuts bolts… 3.5 Stars would recommend. I am hoping they will have an upgrade in the future for a color larger LCD that would immediately pump it up to 4.5.”
