Sam was able to give me the tools to get on with my life after consistent back pain for many years. I felt I did not have the understanding of pain, nor the knowledge of the required exercises, that would allow me to be pain-free. Sam was also very respectful and friendly - highly recommend!”

“A 24/7 fitness gym. With classes and coaching support. The area are large, enough for your gym vibes. Plenty of equipments. There lots issue regarding the cleanliness and locker rooms which was devestated. They should also Include in their recruiting to members to be more responsible and bring back all the things in proper. I know the staff are trying their best to keep it on tract but I hope the members also do their part. Some also of the equipment needed to replace. The staff are friendly. Be fit! Be fab!”
