“Going to the office is good. Have zero issues but what I have a problem understanding is when you call certain departments aren't open when the facility says on google that the office is open at 8am. I've reached out to the prescription department 5 times to get a refill on my meds that I only use when I feel severe pain which is what I'm feeling now. The call goes straight to voicemail an says they will call you by end of day but they never do. This part of the business needs to be better.”

“The Staff is friendly enough and the club have many zones, but they have a several disadvantages. Lockers often do not open during your visit and you need to get help to open it. Hot tubs sometimes may be too cold, to be much chlorine or dont work. At this time aren't working 2 hot tubs of 2. I don't want to go to the club now because that, but if I want to froze my membership - I have to pay extra for that. You have to say cancel your membership which ending more than 1 month before.”

“I love Synergy Fitness Clubs, in the Upper Eastside NY, NY. When I first set foot into this gym I was not very impressed with it. I was given a tour by a very friendly staff. The club has every fitness equipment and more for me and anyone to meet our fitness goals. I thought the staff was just being nice, extremely professional and friendly to lure me into signing up. So I decided to check out their membership reviews online. I was absolutely impressed by all the great things being said about Synergy and their staff, like how friendly, accommodating they are, and how easy it is to cancel . So as my new year's resolutions I made my decision to give them a chance. I thought, what the heck. It is absolutely inexpensive to join and if I'm not satisfied I just cancel it, as it is just as easy to do. Well it's been a couple of years since I joined and it has been an amazing fitness experience and journey for me. Unfortunately, I'm relocating for work to California at the end of the year, and true to their word and policy they made it effortlessly and seamlessly for me to cancel my membership. In addition, I have been invited back to visit by the staff whenever I'm in town. Thank you Synergy Fitness Clubs for the amazing unique and family-like fitness experience you have given me. It's been my best New Year's Resolution I've ever made so far.”

“I like it because it's a total fitness club rather than just a gym. They have equipment that's always kept up-to-date. They are willing to try programs and adjust old to make the programs better for their membership. Just this week they opened a new EPOC group training room that has all new fitness bells and whistles. They actually get involved with the community and with family events that encourage bringing the community and its membership together. Events like the annual veterans day celebration, comedy nights, workshops and raising awareness for other civil projects make them a true standout.”
