“This is a brand new arena and we were very disappointed by the long slow queues to get inside, everything's cold and clinical concrete with no warmth of atmosphere, uncomfortable seating with no leg room. In fact we were so uncomfortable we left before the end of the show and unless it has a serious makeover we won't be going back. Very disappointed and can't recommend it !”

“Great show, would have liked better lighting on the performers when taking a bow, couldn't see their faces. Seats a problem for us, too steep, no rails, but staff marvellous, they got us seats on first row, as neither of us felt safe to go down, saw staff helping older people down with same problem as us.”

“Attended for one of two biggest days of its race calendar and amazed how little was open in two big stands. Only ground floor in public stand of four floors. Needed to buy top Panoramique ticket to get even reasonable facilities with bar and food. View good from all stands though and racing good”
