“Found this place from looking at nearby restaurants by our hotel on google maps and it did not disappoint. The staff were so lovely and were happy for us to wait to the side and offered us the drinks menu whilst waiting on a table to come free. We went all in on the top three pasta dishes and every dish was delicious. Service was great for a busy Sunday evening. Definitely worth the wait and a visit! For three pasta dishes, two glasses of wine and two Aperol spritz we were €80 - great value for money!”

“One of the restaurants that open a bit earlier for dinner as compared to the rest, so we were able to dine here at 6.30pm with a whole restaurant to ourselves. Ordered a steak and a seafood pasta and both were brilliant, sat at the window with a nice view of the street. All staff were very eager to serve. Enjoyed the experience here.”

I leaved a full report of my experience on TripAdvisor but summarizing: Place: nice, not a great view but acceptable People: the best past! They explain the plate, very sweet giving us gift at the end of our launch, very prepared about local food Food: top quality. They use only local food and arranging them as top quality cousin. The plate are arranged very originally and not common in the other local restaurant. Price: I think the price is very low for what you eat To stop here is a must! “You taste the quality of the meat. The location is really nice, in the center of Pietrasanta, and the restaurant is also really cozy. We had a starter and tagliata and was simply perfect. The starter had cheese, ham, bruschetta and more and all the taste were balanced. The meat was also great. The staff super friendly, was really hot night and from inside we asked to love outside as soon as we saw an empty table and they had no issue with it. Recommended 100%”

“The food in Le Volte was amazing. We ordered the famous Florentine steak and it did not disappoint. But as the reviews said, the steak was more on the lean side of meat, so it's better to have it cooked rare or medium rare. They also give you a hot plate in case you prefer to cook the steak a bit more after it is served. The staff were also very friendly. We ordered only a glass of wine but one of the staff kindly gave us the bit of the remaining wine in the bottle. Everything was good. My advise is to really have a reservation because the restaurant gets full, even on weekdays.”

Far from the busy cities, the first and one of the most important things is an ample parking lot. Ideal for parties, weddings, you can have aperitivo and antipasti outside and then head to the dining room for the main courses. There is a location with a dancing hall for the after-party.”
