“Great services from the moment you arrive at the entrance where you are warmly greeted by the servers. The server was experienced and could kindly go though your needs and queries. To begin, they served warm bread with butter and garlic oil. For starter, I had the delicious crab cakes which was packed with crab meat and the usuals. For main course, i had the Porterhouse steak which was cooked perfectly but the flavours wasn't bold and had truffles fried as sides. It was a more than enough for at least 3 adults. Wonderful and enjoyable experience as the courses are served timely between dishes.”

“Environment was cosy just like how a small French bistro in France looks like. Have not seen such fresh and huge prawns in awhile for a pasta, sauce was more towards the French taste loving it. Pate was done nicely so lyonnaise. Portion of every was good. Overall a pleasant place for a French fix.”

“This is one of the best meals I've had in years. While the main event is the grilled meat and seafood, don't overlook their pasta dishes - which are mind-blowing. I much preferred their pasta to the more famous (and hyped up) Italian restaurants that opened in Singapore recently. The octopus fusilli in particular is a must order. The grilled steak and sea bass we had were both done to perfection and we finished every last piece of meat on the table. The desserts at Griglia are beautiful and delicious works of art. We ordered all three on the menu and they were unique, creative and delicious. Food aside, the service is impeccable. The service team are of the standard you would expect to find in the world's best restaurants. They were friendly, helpful and attentive and gave excellent recommendations. The lady that was taking care of our table was especially wonderful - she left a deep impression on us. At the end of the meal, she surprised us with a printed photo of our group, which was a very touching surprise. A great way to end such an incredible meal!”

“The waiters and waitress were accommodating and friendly. The dishes served were western cuisine with a fusion of Asian flavours. Ordered the Wagyu Beef Cheeks and was expecting it to come in small portions, but it was big, I enjoyed it very much. The ambience of the restaurant was lovely. Seemed like a very private location, not many people, so it wasn't noisy. We thought we might be hungry after our 3 course lunch, but surprisingly, we were full. We enjoyed dining here.”

“I came here for the Tomahawk but they don't have the cut available for couple. Was a tad disappointed and ended up choosing the prawn risotto and an Angus ribeye cut with creamy spinach on the side. The food was overall good, but not fantastic. The de-shelled prawns while convenient for eating, look more appropriate for a low end restaurant than an upscaled one. The restaurant was pretty quiet, it has a nice view both at the window side and inside the restaurant. Pretty good for a night out for romantic dinner. I'd recommend to call and ask for the cuts available so as not to be disappointed. They restock every Tue/Wed according to the server.”

“Pleasantly surprised by this restaurant, wonderful food. We went as a big party of 10 (including 2 kids) and tried several dishes, but a few stood out: 1) Fine de Claire oysters - they don’t get any fresher than this. Freshly-shucked, with plenty of natural brine and bright flavours. 2) Onion soup and lobster bisque were both great. I haven’t had lobster bisque with such deep flavours for the longest time. 3) Bouillabaisse - heavenly with the bread. The prawn was grilled prior to adding in, which was a nice touch. They have a formidable wine list as well. Service was attentive, and the place filled up quickly in the evening. Would recommend making a reservation!”

“The steak was cooked to perfection as to how I want it. Their signature sauce is very flavourful and goes well with the steak and truffle fries. However, the free salad had little to no dressing. Just tasted like washed vegetables. The outdoor seating had a little fishy smell as is located beside the river. View was amazing! Got to see the whole of Marina Bay Sands from afar. The service was pretty bad as they forgotten about my table twice. Had to ask for water 3 times before it finally came. Before we were seated, 2 different waiters came to ask for our no. of pax and just disappeared, leaving us waiting. Overall, would recommend if you’re looking for a delicious steak at an affordable price near MBS.”

Extensive menu to browse and upon enquiring more on the meats, the waiter was really helpful in his recommendations! “Patty from the beef burger was soft & moist! Fish & chips was not bad All the fries were quite tasty - the paprika gave it a nice spin Grilled chicken was ok Staff did not repeat our order & missed out on our salmon unfortunately Tomahawk was nicely sliced but the meat that was still attached to the bone was pretty much raw, I guess it was not meant to be eaten? Worth it with the 1-for-1 Burpple deal”

“Having their wagyu buffet on a lovely Sunday afternoon. Enjoyed all the A5 wagyu cuts. It’s also my first time having beef intestines and stomach. Their intestines are Soo fatty, what an experience! Also their cuts come in different marination like salt/ miso, loving this additional option. Happy to have so many other side dish options such as my beef soup(good!), japchae(so-so), homemade sides & big fresh lettuce. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience here, as aircon and ventilation is good enough and not too stuffy unlike other restaurants; Staff are courteous, prompt and professional as well. Will be back!”
