“Initially thought to avoid a "golf course restaurant" - not that I am opposed to golf or golfers, just that restaurant's attached to golf courses normally fall into a certain category. Gather of Maui is none of that, terrific setting with plenty of space an uncrowded feel even there was plenty of capacity. Plenty of easy parking right out front, and an elegant feel of the gardens walking in. Enthusiastic service and good food.”

“On a whim we went to Roy’s. Sat at the bar and had a fabulous time. The food was awesome. Our favorite items were the scallops and the lava cake. I hadn’t been to a Roy’s in years and have many fond memories of it so it was great to go to this location. My partner had never been and he loved the food and said it was the best meal he’s ever had. 🎉”

“Been here 10+ Times now. Excellent ambiance and service. The drinks are excellent. The food is good although I find myself disappointed by some of the pasta dishes. The burrata salad is excellent. The warm bread appetizer that gets brought to all tables is nice. Ask for extra balsamic and olive oil. The truffle and fungi (mushroom) pasta is excellent. This last time we tried this dessert that had coffee and caramel flavors and textures. It was a feast for the eyes and the senses.”

“This place was just okay in my opinion. Our appetizer of the shrimp was really tasty! Our steak was just okay for the price. We had other steak at the Five Star Shrimp that we actually thought was much better, also ribeye, for 1/3 of the cost. The lobster was great here though. As far as the dining experience, we were sat in a far back corner by the kitchen entrance. Tables were quite beat up and there wasn’t much decor. For the price of the meal, this was undesirable. Our waiter did a fine job, but not amazing. This place left room for wanting better, but wasn’t bad. Try if you want, but I think you’ll find better elsewhere. You can make reservations online to speed up your wait process.”
