“おいしいい！ Very cute restaurant with delicious food. Lunch course is around ¥2500, with salad, appetizer, and soup and choice of steak or hamburger followed by dessert. There's a variety of sauce options to choose from. The steak and garlic sauce were very tasty. Highly recommend. There is an English menu and some of the staff spoke English as well, so it's a good place to go even if you don't know Japanese.”

“Came by for dinner after our Mount Fuji tour and was happy with the quality of food there, though it’s really pricey.. 💰 at 18,600 yen for 4 pax, we were barely full from dinner and could have opted for another full set, definitely not a place to go get your stomach filled at a low cost! 🥩 the deluxe beef fillet was great, father was a happy diner after - the pork neck was good too, quite like it for how tender it is 🥗 salad was good! One of those things that’s affordable and good tasting. The seafood pancake was okay, though I would love a crispier and more flavourful variant.”

Favourites so far are a cheesecake which was too delicious and a steak katsu which was beautifully crisp. Counter seats for the added fun of viewing the chefs in action. The best you could ask for in a local diner.”

“Third time visit and it keeps getting better. The view is always fantastic, but the number of window seats are limited, so cross your fingers if you go. You can see the windows from any seat in the restaurant, but the view while you eat is very pleasant. The food has seemed to have gotten much better. The salad bar was always nice, but the flavors for the soups and hot items are much better. Constantly refreshed and refilled. There are still those customers that make an absolute mess every time they visit the buffet, but they are usually identified quickly and a staff member politely follow right behind and cleans up, which singles out and embarrass the offending customer to visit without spilling the peas or dressing all over the counter. Fun to watch. Variety of items at the salad bar have also become better tasting and unique. From dessert choices to greens, to prepared salads, breads and hot items. It is no where close to the standard service and variety that you get on the west coast America. You will notice the difference.”

“We were a party of 6 so we got a private room. It was cozy and quiet, good place to catch up with friends. Service was good. We got a remote to ask for help whenever we need. Food was really good. Meat was good quality. I’m a big fan of the yuke (raw beef appetizer), beef sushi and karubi beef. Special shout-out to the sushi platter. It was delish! I highly recommend. We opted for a la carte menu because we weren’t too hungry. It was a good choice and we got to pick all the meat we loved. As for the price, it wasn’t expensive for the beef that we ordered. Quite happy with everything.”

“First of all, there's not a lot of places in Asia that have good beef, let alone good steaks, but here at Ribera's, it's done perfectly. It's a small little place with only about 10-12 seats at a small bar facing the cook/server/cashier (all done by one man) and he's amazing. He doesn't care how you like your steak. You just tell him which one you want and he makes it and for those of us that like our steaks a little medium rare, it is cooked to perfection. They're served on a sizzling hot plate with a side of corn and a pat of butter on top. You also get a salad on the side and they've got a bowl of their secret sauce that I think you're supposed to slather on your steak (or that's what I got from watching other diners). We each got a cup of water and if requested, a plate of rice. This is a no frills kinda place, which is part of the charm in my opinion. It was so good that my husband and our friend ordered a second steak each. We really came to Ribera's because of their popularity in the wrestling world but what we walked away with was a full belly, great customer service, and wonderful memories of the best steak in Asia. We will be back!!”

The beef salad is disappointing as the meat is hard & overcooked, otherwise the grilled beef and fries are perfect. Atmosphere is very chill. better to come with friends and if you drink. The young waitress was patience despite language barrier and provides great service. PS: No Cash payment, one drink order and 500yen appetiser are mandatory. Overall, recommended.”

“If you're looking for a meat lunch in Ginza, it's about 10% of the price at Imperial Hotel Tokyo Kamon, which is reasonable for the common man, but it does have a decent customer base. The price is about 25% of the same price at Shiroya Ginza-tei (previously it was just under 30,000 yen for two people on an invitation day). Depending on the price, you'll be the only customer, and you'll be able to enjoy your meal slowly.”

“A yakiniku restaurant open from noon until morning. A restaurant with the best of both worlds: Yakiniku bar and offal. I used to use it quite often in the past. It's reasonably priced and open until the morning, making it a great place to finish off your meal with a drink rather than a bowl of ramen. There are also hormones from rare parts. Ulte, it's delicious. Yon-chan curry is also very delicious. Sea urchin sashimi must be ordered. We also serve very fresh raw liver. The menu is also very extensive. As a drinker, we are grateful for the extensive sashimi menu. Many of the part-time workers, including the store manager and the female staff who have been there for a long time, are cheerful and attentive to customers. There are many types of alcohol. It seems like they have a yakiniku set meal for lunch. A friend of mine said it was voluminous and the price was reasonable. I would like to use it for lunch as well.”
