“There were 5 of us that went for the carvery and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Four drinks and 5 meals came out to only £49 which we thought was excellent. There are three cuts of meat you can have, turkey, gammon and beef; we tried all of them and they were equally cooked well. This is all served to you whilst the rest of the meal is self serve. There is a large range of vegetables and other classic roast sides such as Yorkshire pudding, cauliflower cheese, roast potatoes, sauces and more. It does get very busy so I would book and also be prepared to wait for about 5-10 minutes at peak times to get to the front of the queue to get your food.”

“Always a nice welcome and friendly service. Good selection of lagers and ales to pick from. Food is always good with my favourite being the Cajun burger or the lamb if it’s a Sunday roast. Great outdoor seating area for the warmer months or a few outdoor pods for the colder times. Bar and restaurant seating and if lucky you can get near the open fires. Very dog friendly as well. 👍🏻”
