“Food was surprisingly good for the price. I don't know any other place where you can get at ribeye steak with baked potato and salad for $12. Insane! Service was quick and attentive but kinda annoyed that the waitress took the order from another table first even though we sat down way before they did.”

“The ambiance was very enjoyable and cozy. Our service from Thomas was excellent! He was attentive but not overbearing. He was polite and friendly, and we very much appreciated that. It is very obvious he is classically trained, and it was refreshing to see. The food was beautiful and elegant. The flavors of our dishes were very well balanced and delicious along with our drinks. We had the Vieux from above and bohemian paper plane for our drinks. The drinks were well mixed and very smooth going down. We ordered the lemon Ricotta appetizer (delicious). The entrées we went for were the tomahawk pork chop, with a side of creamed spinach and the scallops with risotto. Our entrées were cooked to perfection. Lastly, we shared the trio of ice cream for dessert, and wow, it was more than we could even share.”

“Really enjoyed this place. Service was great and very personal. Everyone we've dealt with had a great personality and once attentive. Drinks and food were great. All tasted very fresh and full of flavor. We got the aged steak skewers which were amazing, and the mango appetizer which was phenomenal. For main meal the trout and the sauce and veggies were incredible as well.”

“WOW!! One of the best dining experiences I have had in a long time. Though the steaks looked amazing, we decided to explore their small plates. Could not have been happier with the decision. Each plate was well composed, creative, and balanced. The service was prompt, and offered useful insights into the menu. The open kitchen with the roaring wood fire grill made for a cozy and intimate setting. There are a lot of great restaurants in asheville, but this was next level. Our budget won't allow us to eat here all the time, but it is now on our short list of go-to restaurants for special occasions.”

“Outstanding food and service! The savory beignets were delicious, all dipped in savory goat cheese and mushrooms, my mouth is watering just thinking about it. The French onion soup had gooey chewy melted cheese on top, total perfection. The grand prize winner was the lamb! The flavors were absolute perfection! Worth every penny. It was my mom’s birthday and they brought out complimentary truffles, very cute. The coconut cream pie hit the spot. I recommend reservations. Our server was awesome. Overall fantastic experience.”
