“Arrived with no reservation and they were kind enough to accommodate us later on a busy Saturday night and I’m so glad they did - the charcoal grill in view of our table was an immediate reassurance this was going to be fantastic. We had the sweetbreads and burratta to start and then a sirloin and ribeye with a side of chips and a salad, and all was absolutely stunning. The steaks were cooked to medium rare perfection, the chips were the exact right balance of crisp and fluffy, the salad was simple but ideal for cutting through the richness. The service was warm and personable, and they were kind enough to cap off our meal with a limoncello on the house. Flawless experience, I can’t wait to return!”

It’s hails from Argentine, it’s technically an all you can eat establishment, you chose your vegetables, salads firstly then the meats is carved up and served to you, all sorts of meats are served, and it will served to you until you say your stuffed. The meats are so tasty, delicious and freshly cooked and served to you by the friendly servers, you will not be disappointed, vegetarians are fully catered also , so you will not miss out, the desert is also on the same tune, which is carved pineapple and ice cream, this is based on the assumption you have left enough space for desert. This is a great place to eat out, especially if you love meats, I definitely recommend and will return, making sure I fast for a day before attending.”

The walking directions didn’t exactly tell you to go into the courtyard but it made a bit of sense. And it is a nice courtyard to dine in. Wonderful feel to it. We probably would have been just as comfortable in their cozy dining room but outside looked like a perfect place to unwind after a grueling travel day. Great menu and Edison knew his wines. We ordered the fillet and mashed potatoes after a small spinach salad that was sooo fresh with perfectly cooked bacon, tasty blue cheese and mushrooms. We were in heaven. He offered to have the steak pre-sliced for us and the presentation was picture perfect medium rare. You could taste the char marks and it was tender and delicious. Service, food and atmosphere excellent!”

“We dined at Ormer on the first night of a 5 day trip to London in January 2024 and it was a great start. The staff were friendly, very helpful and happy to chat between courses about our thoughts on the food. Each course was delicious and packed with flavour. From the generous canapes, deconstructed Waldorf salad opener, stunningly light barley brioche, richly flavoured warm Iberico ham jelly, via the cured mackerel, impressive 2 dish pigeon followed by the brown butter and chocolate dessert, right down to the petit fours we enjoyed the lot! The flavours were all distinct yet blended well. At the end of the meal we were given another petit four to take away plus a small signed and dated copy of the menu to keep- a lovely extra touch and something which just added to the experience. We'll definitely return the next time we're in London!”
