“Well the place was almost crowded and all the tables outside were reserved or taken. So if you wanna sit outside, maybe it is a better idea to reserve in advance. The staff were nice. The French onion soup was OK. Not exactly the best I have ever eaten. The turkey schnitzel (Putenschnitzel) was extremely delicious and tender. One of the best I have ever had. My friend had medallions steak with curry which was also very delicious. The helpings were big and the price very reasonable. Recommended.”

“I got invited here by a colleague after I asked her for a good restaurant in Königswinter, and I was not disappointed! The outside terras looks lovely in this authentic place, the staff is very nice and also takes time for a friendly chatter. I ordered a steak (rare) and got a big, juicy chunk on my plate with a great sauce to compliment it. Can definitely recommend going here!”

“We went to this place because of our American Express dining benefit. The steak is great, but not outstandingly special. Definitely skip the fish soup which was very disappointing. We also didn’t like the dessert. The truffle was good, but we personally couldn’t really taste it in the way that it would make it worth the price. So overall, if we would’ve paid by ourselves, this would’ve been a OK experience where if we would about to come again we would only eat steak without a truffle and skip the fish soup.”

The quality of the food was okay, there was a choice of pizza, pasta, burgers, tapas and meat dishes. The prices are average and okay. The ambiance is casual and relaxed. It was fine for a business dinner, but the restaurant would not be my choice for a private dinner.”
