“Really well organised and fun. I took my 10yr old son who due to his weight got stuck for a brief moment on a climbing net. Felix the instructor was down below and when i shouted him for assistance ran faster than ive ever seen to assist. He calmly assessed the situation before letting me know what to do to bring my son closer to the net. I felt like we were been looked after very well, price was reasonable and we had a great time together.”

“Great fun and astonishing views! We visited last weekend (November 23) and we really enjoyed, the equipment, zip lines and the attachment points and facilities were well maintained and safe. A bit nervous as you will be in your own for most of the course but the briefing gives you all you need. Bring your own gloves and enjoy! Amazing views when sliding through the zip lines!!”

“Took my 4 year old daughter, she was so nervous at the start, instructor calmed her down with some breathing exercises, and before I knew it she was confident and was back to being excited about climbing in her first session ever. All thanks to the instructor. Who was incredible with her and his whole class. He was firm but fair, kind and all around absolute pleasure to the children, clear and precise and enabled all of them to have the confidence to climb safely and when they did well congratulating them saying how well they did. the staff were fun and professional all at the same time. 100% worth the trip, 100% worth the value and more, absolute pleasure from start to finish. Fantastic job to all the team and company there, a complete masterclass in how to engage with youngsters and keep them safe all at the same time. 100% coming back, and cannot wait. Hoping to come to do a class as an adult. Thank you to everyone.”

“We’ve had 6 kiddie birthday parties hosted by Willows over the last 10 years, and our kids have been guests at so many I dread to think of the number. The birthday child and guests have absolutely loved every single one without fail. When it comes to hosting your child’s party at Willows the process couldn’t be smoother and more reliable from booking to execution of the party. These guys know what they’re doing and are experts at it. Everything is taken care of from invites to party bags, food, grade A sporty activities to special treats and memories for the birthday child. We normally round the party off with a game of Lazertag which always makes the kids come out bouncing with excitement. I’m always delighted when my kids say they would like a Willows birthday party, it’s minimal effort and stress for us parents and a guarantee of a successful party. Happy days!”

“Great karting experience… fast karts (40mph), 2 floors, couple of fast straights and some sharp corners, what more could you ask for. £35 per person if you book online for 2 x 15 minute sessions. Facilities for spectators, nice bar area where they also serve food. Would definitely come back and most definitely would recommend.”

“Do not recommend it at all!! Way too crowded, disgusting showers and changing rooms that no one cleans, and they are way too small. Well basically “showers” is just a tiny room where 3-4 people can shower together🤮🤮 there were way too many people and the lifeguards are useless, they don’t watch or manage the order on the lanes so kids just jump everywhere, which is dangerous. Also you need to bring your lock or have 1 pound coin for the lockers. Reception is not helpful at all, they don’t have any cash. thanks to the lovely lady at the coffee who managed to help, alternatively they told me I can bring everything and leave it inside, it is “safe”. With 200+ people on sight I highly doubt that. Oh and lanes were super narrow. Nothing like at a normal pool. Couldn’t be there for more than 30 min had to leave to never come back again 🤣”

“Very good airsoft site, well marshalled, great facilities with a hot food van which is very reasonably priced and supplies good quality food, welcoming atmosphere from staff and players, excellent playing fields with variety. Good variety of game types. Will suit new players and isn’t overrun and dominated by snipers. Really enjoyed our first visit and will definitely return, we’re even thinking of becoming members!”

“My daughter did a group ski course here. The instructors are lovely, it was just a shame the group sizes were too big and there was multiple lessons going on at the same time sharing the same slope. My daughter got bored of waiting too long for her turn and wasn’t learning at a fast enough pace.”

“Excellent value great three night stay, young people (group of Year six children) enjoyed it so much. It was great for them to learn, develop their new skills and work as a team. Food was good, staff very friendly and helpful - our leader was brilliant, she was very understanding kind and friendly. Would recommend to schools groups and large families and other groups. Go for the accommodation in the hall itself or rough it in tents, we certainly preferred the manor house!”

“If I could give 0 stars I would. They didn't email out the safety form ahead of time, so we wasted time dealing with that on the day. They didn't have a horse available for my daughter, so they had to rush a horse in despite my partner calling ahead in the morning. The instructor was atrocious at giving directions to both parents and riders. Rather than explaining techniques or helping my daughter understand where she was going wrong, she felt it appropriate to shout at and blame her. At one stage she accused my daughter of spurring thehorse too hard, which simply didn't happen.”

The kids were encouraged to overcome their fears and we all felt safe and fully confident in our guides throughout. The guides pitched the adventure at a level to fully engage all ages and ensured a high standard of safety from start to finish. We also sang sea shanties in a cave. Highly recommended excursion.”
