“NOT RECOMMEND!! Terrible customer service provided through the phone. Had a booking for today and was calling them for 2 days to check about the weather situation. Didn’t receive any call or message and I called them again and the lady on the phone was so rude. Let me talking by myself and hang out the phone call. Then I called again and Renee was super nice but after the experience with the lady I won’t be jumping with you anymore. I got the credits but I will be asking for a refund and doing it with other company more professional and friendly.”

“In the 1980s my parents sent me to a swimming school very similar to Col Jones. As a result, I'm an excellent swimmer, and in fact have my own coaching certificate. When I had kids I discovered that it's impossible to get your own kids to listen to you, So we sent both of them to aquatic centres for lessons. $10,000 later ( That's not a joke) neither kid could swim across the pool without a serious risk of drowning. In desperation we sent them to Col Jones. Within a term both of them were swimming well and non-stop. This swimming school has an extremely high standard of teaching, with excellent methods, and concentration on repetitive skill building and drills to ensure your kid is going to be able to swim. Cannot recommend them highly enough. The only downside is that it's a bit far away from a coffee shop, but there is some suspicious construction going on there this morning that looks like they may be rectifying that. My only regret is that I have only five stars to give. (In winter, wear a coat that can handle moisture and maybe a hat, because the roof drips cold condensation - heated pool, cold roof, it's gonna happen, laws of thermodynamics/precipitation type thingy- and a droplet of icy water down the back of your neck is no joke. )”

“Great place to spend a morning. Staff are friendly and helpful. And everything feels safe and well organised. There is parking available and toilets as well. They provide a safety briefing and I love how they put balloons on the targets to add some spice to the shooting. Recommend booking prior”

“Woo Hoo Asian is Pitiful! Seriously no love or care here!! I’m here to tell you that your flimsy egg noodles are NOT silky delicious flat rice noodles coated in a delicious sweet, savoury & sour sauce, crunchy bean sprouts, garlic chives, scrambled egg, firm tofu, chicken or prawns! and finished with crushed peanuts and a lemon wedge! It’s a joke and to tell me the old people love it is an insult to everyone who appreciates a decent meal! Hopefully like the “restaurant” before you- it will be short lived! Disgraceful!!”
