“This is a good facility for indoor soccer. We have enjoyed our experience there. The reason for the three stars is the seating. There is a blue rail that is in your face that supports the safety glass which blocks your view of the field. . They should’ve come up with a different design. This forces several men to stand between the bleachers which further blocks your view of the field.”

“I can't say enough good things about Woodchip Campground! We had the most delightful experience during our stay. First and foremost, the warmth and hospitality of the family who owns and runs this place are truly exceptional. They go out of their way to make you feel at home, and it's evident that they genuinely care about their guests. I don’t have children, but this campground is incredibly child-friendly. There are numerous activities tailored to entertain and engage the little ones. The highlight for me is the heated pool, and the fact that it is open way later in the year than most Michigan pools. Woodchip stands out as a shining example of a family-owned and operated business. The love and dedication they put into this place are truly commendable. Grateful for the experience!”

“Deep Roots Produce is really fabulous if you like nature as I do. They have many kinds of vegetables for sale including all sizes of pumpkins including gourds of any shape and size you can imagine too. They have this huge corn maze and this enormous pumpkin patch. They also have this spectacular mammoth area planted with every type of sunflower one can think of. I have never seen a grove of sunflowers like this in my entire life. It is almost mind blowing in a way. Also, they have interesting barn animals (like pigs, sheep and goats) that are fun to watch. I have a couple of pictures that follow that really don't do justice to this place. I think you will really love this establishment. It is well worth your time to visit it.”

“This facility is brand new and gorgeous. They have great summer camps for kids. The summer camps get sold out very quickly. Our children have taken multiple camps in the last two years, and they love them. Many kids from neighboring cities also come for camps. They have awesome rec classes like Pickle Ball, Tennis, soccer, etc. The theatre is gorgeous. We attended multiple shows there. Overall, we are really lucky to have a community center like Hawk.”

“Hands down the best golf course in the Schoolcraft/Vicksburg/Portage area! The playability of the course is amazing! Wide fairways with grass and sand bunkers spotted strategically through out. Huge undulating greens are inviting and receptive, but super fast! Great driving range and practice green. Golf carts were awesome! Built in GPS with yardages to anywhere on the course. Highly recommend you play 9 or 18!”

“Our family spent 5 days here. The experience was positive! High marks for good customer service on a variety of fronts. The campground was well maintained and very clean. Also, very pretty/picturesque. The location was outstanding for touring the Leelanau Peninsula. When we departed back to Kentucky, my thought was, "It's too bad we live so far away as we'd visit on a regular basis." Good campground!”

“Great public pool, having the slide AND the sandbox is a fantastic deal for teenagers and families. Staff is attentive and the facilities are mostly clean. I like the round sofas. I wish they can provide more toys for the pool, loan few infant life jackets and set up few basketball hoops at different heights in one of the walls.”

“We'll definitely be back!!! This is a very lovely campground!! It's hilly and beautiful. There's ORV trail access from the campground. They have a nice pool, and the entire grounds is a child's wonderland for bike riding and playing all over. We didn't personally partake in any of that but we enjoyed watching it all around us!! There's a good number of full hook-up sites and you really can't beat the overnite rates!!! The campsites are a very decent size as well. We really love this place we'll be back!!”

“This is the first course I've ever played on (April 23) and I still love going back.. good staff tasty hot dogs only thing I think they need nets for the slices because if you slice on the first or eighteenth holes ...they will be in traffic and might cause and accident or injury or worse .. but still nice course and it's 40 bucks”

“The pool was being shocked upon arrival. Of course, if necessary we want the pool cleaned. However we were charged the entry fee for non swimmers and our time was limited to 2 hours (our choice) of which we paid $75 for 4 kids to swim for an hour. Sadly we will not be back. There were bees everywhere. Everything was a separate charge (life jackets, water balloons, innertubes). No towels, so bring your own. It was quite small and just overall not a great experience.”

Refs can have a power trip sometimes and I got full autoed in the back of my leg for no reason and was told to “shut up and stop crying” by a ref and when I tried to explain he said I could sit out if I continue to talk back (you’re not my parent, it’s airsoft) but other than that great prices, great field, great people, great shop. 👌”
