“We had a blast. First, we walked through the animal building. They have chickens, a pig with babies, goats, and rabbits. Then we did the corn maze. That was a lot of fun. Just when you thought you knew where you are, you're not. Lol. After the maze, we ate lunch. There are quite a few of food vendors. We had a corn dog, a bucket if French fries and a lemonade. Yummy!! We made our way over to the pumpkin sling and shot some rounds. Such a blast. Finally we made it out to the pumpkin patch and took some pictures and then picked out our pumpkin. I highly suggest to get there early as it get crowed quick. Spooner Farms did a fantastic job.”

Heart O' The Hills Campground
4.6
( 8 reviews )

2823 S Oak St, Port Angeles, WA 98362, United States

“This was by far the best campground I have ever stayed out. We came here after ditching Fairholme campground because it was too noisy. We showed up at 11am on a Friday and half of E loop was empty. We stay in site 91 which is nicely tucked at the end of the loop away from the road and other campsites. The site itself has excellent privacy from other sites around. The loop was 25%-50% and we felt like we were alone. It was so quiet we could sleep without the noise machine we needed at Hoh and Mora campgrounds. You really feel like you're in the trees. You are far from the restroom which is shared with C loop. Be aware that there were a ton of mosquitoes so bring bug spray or a candle. Another pro is you are 20 minutes from Hurricane Ridge and 25 minutes from Hurricane Hill. Right now the road to Hurricane Ridge is limiting the amount of cars up the top. However if you stay at the campground you get to go up ever after the road is closed to everyone else. You are also 15 minutes from Port Angeles if you run out of supplies. Honestly would recommend 100000%”

“The campground is tucked back in the forests like a little camping gem. All the sites are very well kept and surrounded by trees for some privacy. I especially appreciated the cleaning stations and the well kept facilities. The family that runs it is very nice and welcoming. Highly recommend for a vacation in this beautiful area.”

“We did a trail ride for my friend's birthday and it was wonderful! Every staff member we interacted with was kind and warm and professional, and our guide CJ was top-notch. The horses were all great (and I loved their personalities, shout-out to Jack, Joe, Otis, Bob, and Diego!) and they handled so smoothly, the trip in general reminded me how much I love riding horses. Thanks for such a fantastic time!”

Boulder Cave Trail
4.6
( 8 reviews )

3210 Old River Rd, Naches, WA 98937, United States

“An enjoyable hike, good for families with some beautiful sights. The portion to the pictured waterfall is more of a scramble with some rock hopping, each child will need a adult helper. It is located upriver from the cave entrance. Nice picnic area near the parking lot. Another enjoyable trail along Naches River from this parking lot. This area requires a reservation ($7).”

Lake Spanaway Golf Course
4.2
( 8 reviews )
Closed until 07:00 AM

15602 Pacific Ave S, Tacoma, WA 98444, United States

“I hadn’t played Lake Spanaway in over 15 years. Had the first tee time of the day on a Sunday. Received a great experience in the pro shop. Easy to check in and friendly. Overall the course was in good shape, the greens were great and the areas that shouldn’t be hit off of had been marked by a white line. Plenty of spots could have been better, but overall if you keep the ball in the fairways there won’t be many complaints. Some of the traps weren’t great, went in the edge of one and played it like I was all the way in since I was mainly in sand but there was plenty of grass near it, also terrible stance since the ball didn’t go back into the main area of the trap. I recommend playing the course. The price came to a little over $60 for 18 and a cart. Being the first group of didn’t have to worry about pace of play. There was some sort of tournament later (looked like maybe a scramble). Not sure if we saw the beverage cart because of that or it’s always out early but either way it was great to have it out that early in the morning since it seems most courses don’t.”

Sunset Falls Campground
4.3
( 8 reviews )

40806 NE Sunset Falls Rd, Yacolt, WA 98675, United States

“I’ve been coming up to this place for maybe the past month or two and so far it has been really great. I haven’t hiked around yet, I just might the next time I go but I usually go to relax on some rocks and listen to the waterfall. The water is really cold but on a really hot day it feels nice to take a little dip in the water. I will say, just BE CAREFUL I cannot express that enough, there are some areas that can be a little unsafe like swimming or climbing, even if you are confident in yourself, take things slow and be safe. I would suggest having a whistle or some kind of alert system if there is any danger but as long as your being careful and safe you will have the best time of your life enjoy the nature. Also dogs are very welcomed but please put them in a leash, I don’t have a problem with it but it does become a problem when they accidentally slip off the trail or into the water, I literally almost witnessed a dog fall off a cliff because he was playing with his owner, thankfully he was wearing a leash that was long, the owner just wasn’t holding it until that happened.”
