“I had an interesting experience at Dan Murphy's Morley. I arrived to collect my online order only to discover after 25 minutes of waiting that it had been given to another customer and that the store was now out of stock of the items I had ordered. Incidents like this can happen occasionally. The important thing is how they are dealt with when they do occur. The store manager arranged for replacement items to be delivered from another store to the Morley shop. I was able to collect the items the following day. This resulted in quite some inconvenience for me. Luca who was on duty when I collected my items was amazing and most helpful. He spoke with the night manager who was able to provide some small consideration for my inconvenience. This was greatly appreciated.”

Fresh seasonal fruit is also reasonably priced with more varieties of fruit available than at the 2 large supermarket chains. They have a butcher that sells Fresh.cut pork, chicken and beef. Wide range of Asian sauces and spices from Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, India,etc.”
