The staff is courteous and helpful. Bathrooms kept clean and stocked. Food court and seating available. Good for bulk shop savings while individual items are cost comparable with other stores. I am made to feel like a criminal while having to wait until my cart is scanned and checked before I can exit the store. Why? About that free curbside perk. A number to call is not provided on the sign at pick up, one must use the Sam's Club App. If I am having to reach for my phone, I would rather call inside knowing someone in there is aware I am awaiting pick up. Instead, I have to reach for my phone, open an app or install it, input the required information and then wait, hoping someone is aware I am awaiting pickup. If not, time goes by and I am inputting again and the story starts over until someone finally comes out. I don't consider it much of a perk and having to use ANY app irritates the hell out of me. If it is required to install an app in order to conduct business with a store it should be stated as being required so I can opt out. It is not stated and as such should not be required for curb side pickup. Technology takes three steps forward, two steps back, over and over again with companies dictating to the consumer what they shall install on their phones. Those apps require consumers to hand over all sorts of permissions. I have read reviews where people who complain about the lack of employees available to assist are told by other reviewers to install the store's app and assist themselves. What?? I'm supposing the next step is to do away with human beings altogether in favor of the almighty app on a phone, and to those behind that app. Get a grip people. A phone is a phone - it is not a life. As I said, this whole App thing with companies irritates the hell out of me. The fact this store requires it for a membership perk along with being detained while trying to exit is enough to keep me from renewing my membership.”

“Lots of self checkout lanes open. Having to.sacan stuff and stack it all at the registers is a bit annoying, only to have to put it right back in the cart. The sensors are so sensitive it really slows down the entire process of checking out. I went there for the sale of crab legs. $9.99 lb. The lady at the Deli was very helpful. The lady at the self checkout was also very helpful.”

“Website says they open at 6, however they were not open this morning at 15 after. Stood at the door, feeling pretty awkward with other customers as several staff members walked by with no acknowledgment. Once I was in the store I passed by several staff members who didn’t speak. Got to the self checkout and that staff member did not speak as well. She did acknowledge me as I was leaving though. Definitely need some customer service training for the morning shift. Never had this happen when I go in the evening.”

So, many thanks to all who stopped what they were doing to look for it, give advice how to find it, help with what to do if it was found later, notify other employees and departments, and even go outside with me to see if it was out there! Unbeknownst to all involved, it had slipped out of my jacket pocket as I was getting into my seat after shopping and had fallen under the seat on vibrate!”

“Older store with some newer elements inside. Definitely felt small and cramped, but it's that way with a lot of older grocery stores. Found the few items that I needed and did self checkout. There was an employee working at this area to keep things moving since it was Friday afternoon. There is a Kroger Fuel Station as well. They have a Deli and Bakery probably Meat as well (though I didn't see it). No Starbucks in the store at least didn't see one, but there's one across the street. About 2 miles off of Interstate 70 right on Indiana/Ohio border.”

Really appreaciated the follow up. Deli was very helpful. I needed order for a funeral lunch for 120. 3 condiment trays, 3 cheese trays, 4 meat (deli trays). All of the staff in all of the departments were very helpful and friendly. I found the store clean and neat. I shop here frequently and would recommend this store. Senior Day on Wednesday is great. Overall a BIG 10.”

“I have been shopping at this Kroger for over 10 years, but customer service has really gone downhill recently. Today I stood in line forever at the pharmacy and then got stuck waiting for help at the self checkout. Only three employees working in the front just before 5pm. No cashier at the self checkout, and no manager to be found. When a lady finally showed up, 3 out of 4 lights were blinking. Mine was first, but she helped other customers. I just walked out! I don't blame the cashier. (I have been a cashier.) Maybe she had to use the restroom, but there should have been a manager to fill in and keep things running smoothly.”

“Call Dan here to get some supplies well on a business trip and this big box chain grocery store is everything you’ve come to expect in the center Kroger’s. It is a Wonderland of every food delight you could hope for outside of going to a specialty grocery store. With that being said I am surprised as I walked up and look more like a florist shop with all the flowers both inside and outside at the pushing. This store is huge very clean and the staff very nice in fact check out lady to check us out was awesome and her name was Raven. With that being said it does seem like the staff here are following the American modern times and quietly quitting with a super slow pace. I don’t really understand it the lady was incredibly nice but her pace could’ve been out performed by kindergarten and I saw that across all the cashiers. I get this please double thumbs up and I return to it again provided I am not in a hurry because you will not get out in a hurry the lines are backed up and they are super slow and I guess that’s just the times in America today”

“The store itself is fine and stocked, the employees are all friendly. But the bathroom is DISGUSTING. The smell of urine hits you before you even open the door. The floor had puddles of I don't know what on it. Each stalls toilet paper holder was broken so the toilet paper was just sitting there and one of the rolls was wet!!!! The toilets were filthy and if I could've avoided using it, I would have. Even the sinks were stained and gross. I felt gross leaving it.”
