“I've been shopping here for years, and I really like it. Great deals if you use the app and their digital coupons. Good customer service. I've taken off a star because the wait times for the pharmacy have gotten ridiculous over the last year. It seems like any time of day, I have to plan on at least half an hour just to pick up a prescription that's already ready (and there have been a couple times where it was supposed to be ready and wasn't, so I had to wait in the line twice). They are seriously understaffed for the amount of work they have.”

“I've been a regular at Smith's for a while now, and there are several aspects that I truly appreciate. The staff and management here are exceptionally friendly and kind, always ready to assist with a smile. The store is generally clean and well-maintained, which makes for a pleasant shopping experience. However, there are a couple of areas that could use some improvement. The bathroom cleanliness could be better, and it would be great if they could pay more attention to maintaining it. Additionally, the parking lot can get a bit congested during peak hours, so enhancing the parking situation would be a welcomed change. Overall, Smith's is a great place to shop, thanks to the wonderful staff and clean store. A few tweaks could make it even better!”

She has been extremely rude to me and I’ve witnessed her not only being rude to other customers but other employees as well. I hope she reads this review and gets a grip, please stop taking your eternal bad mood out on everyone, and seek counseling.”

“Nice store good prices. The problem I had was purchasing a 1/2 dozen doughnuts. The product was fabulous and tasty. The issue was being charged 7.50 at the register and price posted was 6.50. I mentioned this to the agent but was only told sorry with no further assistance”
