“I like shopping at Amazon Fresh. The staff are always helpful and polite. Store is clean and easy to navigate. There are also plenty of parkings. I always find great deal throughout the store. We paid less than $2 for 1.5lb of Fresh brand chicken tender around Thanksgiving. We stopped by today and grabbed a bag of Arther flour for $2.50. I am looking forward to my next trip to amazing Fresh.”

“Let me start by saying there was a line that took 30 minutes to get through, only one person behind the counter. Once we get our food we were shorted one egg roll, they were stale and not edible. Stuff behind the deli counter taking money and not washing their hands afterwards. This was a store that I gave five stars not too long ago. Before the pandemic. One good thing was all the staff were wearing masks, that was good to see. Other than that I probably will not go to Safeway to get any deli food, anytime in the future. Besides the long wait, overcharging and the cross-contamination, I might have given 2 stars, but this place was an absolute mess, horrible service.”
