“Stylish, quality clothes at a great price. This store also has a great grocery range and cafe. They have an amazing meal deal for lunch. For only £3 you get a sandwich or salad, a drink and Crisps, popcorn or nuts. The sandwiches are really high quality. I love the double irish cheddar with relish and the BLT. The salted popcorn is a big bag so perfect for low cal work snack. December update: The Christmas poinsettias in store are big and beautiful. I got an extra large turkey (8.2kg) for just £27. Great value.”

“Got here early to get a couple weeks worth of groceries. Go to checkout and they won't open a lane so I'm forced to use self checkout with a full cart. After about 5 minutes of scanning errors I just left the cart there and told them have fun putting it all back. The complete lack of courtesy and customer service is blood boiling. I will not be back.”

“Was in Store yesterday and went to the self check out. I set my few things on wrong side of the check out and was told quite abruptly to move it to other side. Following the instruction I still had some issue… I’m not a fan of self checks outs, but felt like the staff standing around where to help. I scanned everything and put them in the cart and I realized the security tags needed to be removed. I then asked this other woman if she could assist and the reaction on her face and behaviors was quite rude. The bad attitude towards me was uncalled for. She asked for the receipt which I gave her and the two clothing items where scanned first, but she stood there going through the entire receipt and at same time looking at me then looking at the shopping cart! I asked her why she was looking at the entire receipt and she said it was required. I don’t have an issue with that but she could have explained that and kept her lack of customer service to herself. If you need to know her name you can find out as she was on duty with the other person at approx 12:30 or thereabouts. I have never been so upset in a grocery store before… rude, disrespectful and ignorant. TESCO needs to get some of the staff trained properly with Customers Service! Sincerely”

“Edit - to answer the reply. I will say a lot of these are likely outside of the store's fault, given the current state of things on a more national level post brexit and covid and other supermarkets experiencing similar issues at least locally to me. However, I must say that out of all of them, Asda is the one that is often missing stock or having lesser quality items remaining. Every time I have gone for a decent shop, there is always at least one item (often multiple) off my list I can't get cause there is simply no stock for it. This is a shame because the asda Rewards app is very rewarding, for lack of a better word, compared to other supermarket apps with some sort of point/reward system. But there is many a time where I just chance my arm at tesco or sainsbury instead because I find they often do not have the same level of issue of stock. Also, the store has leaking issues for quite some time now, something I also don't see elsewhere. That is something the store can fix and chooses not to, for reasons I don't understand cause not only is it unsightly, it's a health hazard. Both to staff and customers. Other than that, staff are wonderful and helpful, and I never really have any issues using the scan as you go app in store (as it also innovatively helps me find specific items in specific aisles rather then find a staff member, which again i can not claim for other scan as you go apps). Plus, the asda Rewards app is one of the better supermarket apps out there imo.”

Also potentially have a substance sitting in their interview room which was not accounted for. Disgraceful, no wonder they didn't want someone seeing it. Love from A*DA, Bangor... dispicible. PS. Young black gentleman security; legend. Very caring and realised I needed help. Did his job. His other young pal? Useless. Probably not a bad guy but out of his depth entirely. Needs retraining?
