“I had a very bad experience with the supervising shop supervisor, a female. I am travelling by bike, was recognizable as a " passing through" traveller wearing cycling gear. I shopped with a smaller trolly and asked the casher young lady if I could take it outside to carry my shoppings and bring back. She was okay....but the female shop supervisor rudely came in between, literally grabbed the trolly from my hand with a " NON" and could not be talked to at all. This woman does not understand here key duty: to be of service and help to customers. She is totally of opposite nature. We are there to listen to her orders! I spoke to the shop manager shortly about this. Somebody...really needs to speak to this person to make her fundamentally change her attitude AND the way she relates to customers. She was in my experience a disgrace to this shop!”

“The store is new so always very clean. Also well stocked with large fridge shelves for fresh food. The beer, wine and alcohol sections are well stocked with quite a few choices for an average size. Be careful that the promotions made at the drive-thru are not always identical to those in the store! These are 2 different structures: the Drive depends on the Aulnoy-Aimeries store and not on Feignies. I removed 1 star for the bakery section which can do better and for the lack of staff which remains very pleasant!”
