“My healthy food card never works for me. I have been embarrassed many times. I get to checkout with my cart full of groceries after they have rung it up to find out my card will not work this time.🤦♀️ Also, their motorized wheelchairs are not kept charged. This has been an ongoing problem for me, too, at this Hy-Vee here in town.👎 I have noticed all services have gone downhill since Stan Kirby retired. He did a good job of keeping up with everything, and everybody! He was great at keeping the store running smoothly!!”

I have been on hold trying to contact this store and the delivery department for 30 minutes. Absolutely awful customer service. I would rate lower than 1 star if I could. Just worthless.”

“I'm a longtime Plus member and I wish that Sam's Club would offer more Vegan options! A couple of years ago, they would have a few items in the frozen section but now...NOTHING! I shouldn't have to go to Walmart and Natural Grocers and buy my Vegan foods when I have a credit card with Sam's Club. This is why I didn't give them 5 stars. I HATE the fact that when I use self-checkout, People are watching me scan my items! I hold a Black credit card with a nice limit! Please do not watch me, I can buy whatever I may need in this store!!!”
