Whoever the pickup manager is, is completely unsympathetic despite the fact that her department CANNOT get pickup orders correct. She refuses to acknowledge that her team messed up repeatedly (as in every single pickup order I’ve placed in the past 3 years) and makes the customer feel at fault. Overall, this store has completely gone downhill in the past few years I don’t support them being a part of the community anymore.”

Upon arrival, I checked in and the guy brought out my stuff. I said “hi, how are you” when he approached - he didn’t even look at me or respond. I thought, no big deal. He then threw my groceries in and I was honestly too taken back to say anything. When he was done, I said “thank you have a great day.” And again, he didn’t even look at or acknowledge me. I get it we all have bad days, but if I did that at work, I’d be written up or fired.”
