“I traveled from Columbus to come to this store specifically for the pharmacy because they had a medication in stock that I couldn't find anywhere else. I worked with Melanie from the pharmacy over a period of two or three days, and she was very friendly and knowledgeable during each interaction. When I arrived to pickup my medication the other staff members were very friendly and the pickup process was fast. The other staff member was working with another customer who was a little irate over there prescription status and the staff did everything they could to assist her and remained calm and pleasant the entire time. The rest of the store was very clean and very well organized. The food court was also clean and had a good variety of ready to go meals and drinks. If I lived closer I would definitely come here regularly and do highly recommend”

“I may be biased as I work here and have relatives that own the store. but I love this store. Great meat department. They can do more for you than just serve from the case. I buy a quarter beef from them and they process it for me. Pricing is comparable to any local butcher shop. The restaurant has been rebranded and is a great place to get a meal. The grocery store carries all the essentials so if you’re in need of something it’s a great place to make a quick stop.”

My number was called and the lady said the number really low and I was all the way on the other side of the counter and when the changed the number I let her know I didnt hear her call my number she glared at me and said “well you need to wait for the next person”. I waited patiently and the man came up and I asked if he could help me and he said “nope I’m going to lunch”. There’s no customer service there and the workers are rude. “Hard to believe the other reviews were pretty good. I used to shop this location with no issues. Visited recently and all but one employee I came in contact with was rude and had a bad attitude. I asked for assistance to get meat that was advertised and wasn’t out. I must have been bothering the lady by the meat counter as she was writing in a little notebook and looking at her phone. She ended up giving me the wrong item and then told another employee at the checkout that I gave her the wrong item even though I pointed it out in the ad. The self check out kept malfunctioning and was dirty. The man in the front informed that I was scanning incorrectly. I will stick to my regular store. This location hires trash with piss poor attitudes.”

In the summer, there are plenty of fresh vegetables and fruit! There were some unique and tasty condiments and side dishes you can purchase. The prices were very reasonable—a big bonus these days!”

“Ordered a cake for my baby bday party from this location for the 1st time on 1/10/24 for pickup 1/11/24... Cake was hard as a rock when daughter went to cut her cake. The edges were hard and the inside was rough as rye bread. No1 ate the cake... I was so embarrassed. It totally ruined my baby's day. Like, who's not waiting for the cake part.... I was in tears of disbelief as anger is an understatement. Unbelievable!!!!!”

“I have been a Kroger customer for 40 yrs and was loyal to this store.I had even got there boost even though I hardly used it.But on Oct 10 I was diagnosed with pneumonia so I put in a $53.00 grocery order for delivery. The instacart shopper spend $181.99 on that shopping order and had their selves a feast at my expense. When I got my part of the order it was about $30 dollars of what I ordered the driver took the rest of the $181.99.When I told Kroger about it they reimbursed me $73. Dollars so I lost $81.99 plus paid for boost membership to be robbed by the shopper. Do not order boost they have no cap to the amount the shopper can spend and will not reimburse you all your money if the shopper robs you.How could they be allowed to spend $181.99 on a $53 order in the first place shame on Krogers for allowing this type of fraud”
