“Decided to go instore after having bad experiences with online shopping for several months, lack of choice, products not in stock, loads of unsuitable substitutes & snotty, threatening emails due to returning items that was either damaged or not suitable. By the way Asda I can do this legally under the long distance selling act!!!!! Well I was shocked, what a dump! The shop looks like it needs a good clean & sorting out. The shelves & the floors were a mess. Then when I went to go to the check outs, well thats a joke. 3 or 4 checkouts & the rest self serve??? What on earth is going on??? The only good bit of my shopping experience was that of the cashier. She was lovely, polite & very helpful. Just a shame she works here. Time to go to Tesco or Sainsburys I think”

“First visit and they had different price on the shop and charged differently on till. When highlighted they refunded and then later said oh it's incorrect we can't refund. When I said then I don't want it because the price on the shelf is what made me pick this item then told me ok I have refunded extra amount but we won't return. Came home and checked one more item on receipt which had different price charged what was on shelf. The difference was not much but the staff was rude and it's not about money it's about the service. Overall prices are pretty good, meat is a bit expensive but very fresh and clean.”

“Some very rude customer service people went in today at 4.15 asked fir cash back as the cash point wasn’t working to be told it’s not are fault and begrudgingly says I carnt give you no more than 50 my till only as 40 left in it after this I give you … well that’s not my fault neither is it and very rude talking to me … not the first time I’ve been spoken to rudely neither staff need change Monday 6th nov night staff very rude through my carrier bag at me he needs training I will be making a formal complaint disgraceful also 11.11 23 where’s the poppys at none to be seen at all …”

“Unfortunately, some (ethnic) staff can be very rude and having no idea how to act with the disabled (perhaps, they got used to a "special treatment" from the liberals, by themselves, so they cannot return the favour to the disabled.) Others, mostly the local staff are very helpful and understanding, including the needs of the disabled.”

Maybe train your staff better and if they don’t know then maybe they should say I’ll go ask instead making the customer feel silly. Ridiculous!!”
