“The staff is super sweet, the cost of the groceries are way more than the other local grocery stores. They’re lacking in most things not junk, & I often find myself with items that have expired or are molded (I regularly need to use delivery services for disability reasons). It’s a joke that this is a standard they’re comfortable offering their clients, especially with the ridiculous pricing, considering most of their clientele are struggling students, it feels like they’re completely out of touch with the reality of their clients & cannot cater to their needs adequately. But - the cashiers are always pleasant and I literally don’t have a single bad thing to say about the workers. I’m aware that the control over the pricing may not be of the owners own choice, but I feel like a heads up for people looking to buy and have a restrained budget- and time, would be appreciated either way.”

“My expectations were high for this shop because I got good reviews from some friends.. I needed and estimate for ordering some flowers for an event but they wouldn't even tell us the price for a rose. We even gave them an approximation of what we might choose and buy but they wouldn't say any number. The lady wouldn't stop saying that we needed to book an appointment first before anything else which was a little odd because one of the ideas of any shop would be to sale or get clients.. they certainly lost some that day.”

“I need the electric cart to get around the store, the store started out with 3 . Two of them have broken down, they have not been repaired, so every time I now go to do my shopping the one cart is being used and I have to wait for up to an hour to an hour and a half for it to come back. I’m quite sure the store can afford to buy 2 more and are just to cheap to buy them..”

“The store is extremely due for overhaul, update and be reorganized. The fresh produce section directly upon entering the store is terribly unappealing and has a lack of selections and variety. The staff I encounter are at least in my opinion wonderful and patient. Nothing short of charismatic and warm. I think that there is a good amount of TLC due. But as mentioned in the above phrases, the staff are top Knoch.”
