“10/10 A very reliable grocery store with great quality produce, a convenient selection of hot Korean foods and baked goods, and even a Korean restaurant in shop. Whether it’s fresh seafood, Hispanic or American frozen or non-perishable goods, Asian snacks or alcohol, or other generally Asian foods, this is definitely my go to! The selection is a bit broader than other Korean grocery stores I’ve visited in the Annandale and Falls Church area so I make the drive out despite living in Tysons. They have rice balls, special flavors of instant ramen, rice balls, great snacks, and even expansive produce and frozen goods! 💯”

“This store is considered an "Upscale grocery store chain"...(it says on their website),and yes... partially it is truth. It has a good variety of produces, some items are available just at this store, and cannot be find anywhere else. It has a good music... everything is really fresh (and so on). But...everything what has to do to customers service, it is really bad. Yes, a lot of employees are nice and friendly (probably because that is who they are, and not because it is part of companies standards), but, it is clear for me that management does not teach the stuff. I can't understand why is it the issue at "upscale grocery store" to make a package of sliced ham specifically for you. I asked one day to cut it for me, and guy asked:"why can you not just take that one what I already cut one hour ago?" Another issue...if you buying a big package of water, nobody (even if your cashier is guy 20-25 years old) really want to help you to put it on your cart for you. Oddly enough, at Trader joe's (what is not considered an upscale store) all employees do it without asking. I don't want to blame the guy who served me at check out today. I understand if that your first job (or something like that)l, and management does not give you any instructions of what you should do, you can feel confused”

“Shelves were empty and missing normal stock. Staff was not friendly. The parking was easy but overall the store did not have multiple items on our list, including basic items. The store itself was not very clean and all lines moved very slowly. Would not recommend visiting”
