“This was my first time using the curbside option and I waited 40 minutes exactly for an order placed well in advance. At no time during the transaction, which is a two part process, was I advised the wait would be this long. In fact, the communication was "it'll be a few minutes". There were 4 or less cars in the parking lot during the entire time so the wait did not make sense. I respectfully spoke to the gentleman handling the transaction about the wait and he voiced that it's common to take awhile. I offered feedback that it would be helpful for them to communicate extended wait times to customers but it did not seem to be possible so I'll leave it here. Verdant, please communicate with customers regarding wait times. Online preferably. We have busy schedules. I have been inside as well a few times and the process is timely there too. I do not have issues like this at The Botanist I just don't like their parking situation and Verdant is closer. Perhaps as new dispensaries open in the Columbus area there will be a greater emphasis on efficiency and communication. It's fair to add though that everyone at Verdant is friendly and welcoming, which gives this review an extra star, so if you have the time maybe it wouldn't be an issue.”

“I’ve been a loyal Kroger for most of life, and recently started shopping this location because of its proximity to a friend. I appreciate that they have a decent number of checkout lanes (both self-service and associate-assisted) open so that lines move quickly. Staff are always friendly and helpful. (I wish the same could be said for ALL central Ohio Kroger stores. Ahem, Polaris Parkway, I’m looking at you. Fix your store.)”

“665/Hoover Rd location - This review is for only for our Deli tray order experience. We ordered an almost $400 order for their trays of sandwiches, baked and fried chicken, vegetables and desserts. Kathy/Cathy who took our order and also facilitated putting it together was amazing. She was super friendly, informative and knew what she was doing. It was nice to deal with a person who knew the ropes and I had confidence in. As far as the food itself, the majority of it was good, especially the chicken.”

“Is this an outlet store now? This store is dirty. They don't even bother stocking shelves they just drop it on the floor and put a price sign in front of it. The shelves are empty or low stock. There are shopping carts all over the store full of clearance items that look like they've been sitting in a warehouse for a year. The bakery items taste bad compared to other Kroger stores.”

“This is a great market. The good: 1. somewhat limited produce selection but generally fresh and sometimes surprisingly good prices, especially on greens. 2. Extensive alcohol selection. Offers an in store wine cooler (see video). Gives discounts when you buy a case of things. 3. Great deli and pre made foods and a salad bar. You can order pizza flatbreads and sandwiches to go and they are really good. The bakery had a lot of amazing sweet treats. They sell Dan the Baker loaves of bread. 4. Packaged items are specialty- have lots of hard to find items and well curated. I especially appreciate the extensive selection of ice creams. 5. They offer a 5 cent donation when you bring your own bag (see picture) 6. They have frequent shopper cards and give a discount when you get 10 punches. They have 2: one for sandwich club- order 10 get 1 free. Another is for when you spend over $50, get 10 punches and get a discount. Things I don’t love: 1. The parking lot is a nightmare. The cars are so packed in and it’s hard to move around. 2. Alcohol returns are nearly impossible. Apparently this is state law, so only buy if you are certain it is what you want otherwise you have to return in 24 hours.”

“The change to self-service checkout has been awesome. It has added more lanes for checkout rather than the 2 cashiers they used to have. I am in and out of the store in half the time that it used to take me. Ignore the Karens and Kens who demand to be waited on hand and foot because they're too simple-minded and lazy to use the checkout machines efficiently. They're probably crying about having to pump their own gas and having to use an ATM machine too. Sorry, Karen, no manager to cry to in this Kroger! Even better is the food-stamp crowd don't shop here because, again, too lazy and dumb to work the machines. No Karens and welfare folks here! The location isn't the greatest. The parking lot is jam-packed because they built too many stores in a small area. The idiot Dublin drivers don't bother looking so you're always in danger of getting smashed into.”
