“Around 5:30pm, two of my friends were accused of stealing with absolutely no evidence that they had. The lack of unprofessionalism performed by the staff was shocking for me to hear. The situation started when my friend brought groceries from home (which in itself, is strange, but she had simply just been over preparing to go to a friends house for the night). A middle aged female staff member, with blonde hair stopped my friend who needed help with clearing the bagging error and questioned her about the contents in her bag. My friend proceeded to explain, but was met back with attitude and a look of disgust. After a few minutes of arguing back and fourth, management finally stepped in and let them off. What I simply want to know is… why was no security camera footage checked? The groceries were not even from Coles and some not sold by coles at all. It was a complete waste of time for both parties and could’ve been completely avoided. Props to management though for just letting it slide. Wish there was an apology for them though :)”

I’ve been coming to Woolworths since I started year 8 at Bundy high (9 years ago) and she always had a chat with me in the mornings and we love shopping at Woolworths because of Chris and we only shop at Woolworths hinkler because of her. She’s kind and helpful, she’s exactly what I’m looking for in an employee for my business. Thankyou for being you Chris!”

“always went there to get my things, stocks are always in and very convenient . However the Asian lady at the self serve was always very rude to me and my family. Today when I was paying waiting to see if my card go through, the lady came next to me and said "pick your things and get out". If you're gonna treat your customers like this don't bother working in customer service.”
