“Bit of a small shop which makes it quite difficult when it’s busy but staff are incredibly accommodating and efficient nonetheless. You can get ice cream and hot chocolate too which is a plus, with the pick and mix being the highlight - a rather exciting special occasion for visiting was the pick and mix advent calendar. Unfortunately the white chocolate and mango flavours weren’t available in this store but every other flavour was so not too disappointing. Very satisfied overall, will be returning.”

“I have been a customer of Aldi for over 9 years now and i never encountered any misbehaviour from any staff in any store but today it has changed. At around 1:49pm 26/07/23. I got what i wanted to buy and as i approached the till with a lady on it, she saw me coming and told me that this till is closed. I was like ok thats fine i will go to self checkout. But to my surprise, when i was heading out after paying for my shopping, she was serving customers who had gone to the till after me. And as i was about to discuss why she refused to serve me and actually lied to me, she gave me a very mean and awful look. I thought its best not to argue with her and review it online. This was my first ever visit to this aldi and it will be my last.”

“Despite having a sign up for weeks, they opened at 9 am on Saturday 30/12. Many people were waiting outside at 8:35am wondering why they weren't open. When I reported to M&S customer service, I was told to look on the website for the hours. Clearly they follow a script rather than reading and responding properly to email. I won't be going here for a long time. The staff are often rude anyway, as they're too busy stocking shelves to politely move aside so the customer can look at the food items. Rarely is there anyone at self checkouts that doesn't appear miserable.”

He was very reluctant to help when I asked for his help, he repeatedly asked me to excuse him (out of his way) whilst I was asking for his assistance. He walked passed me and he never stop to help me. I thought he was very rude and lack customer service. I think he ought to treat everyone equally with respect and kindness. I hope the management team have a meeting with this particular staff so that he doesn’t do this again m.”

“This shop is using false advertising wich is against the law. They have this "promotion" 3 for £5 for a "better" price/deal and in fact when you pay its full price. One of the ladies from the shop noticed and she corrected the price for me. Second time another lady was trying to ful me saying that I had the discount, and I explained her with the products and the receipt that I didn't and nothing happened. I couldn't bother to ask for a manager Instead I will choose to report this shop and stop coming here.”
