“One of the smallest Iceland stores I have seen. Narrow aisles but still has all you need. The store could do with the upgrade that the other stores are getting but as they are using the smaller freezers it looks as if it would be difficult. Shop was clean and fairly bright where the windows were a little gloomy along the back wall, ambient food and till area. In conclusion it is a small Iceland that doesn't have the full range, it is more of a mid-week shop rather than the full shop.”

“Everything is all over the place, the signage is really small! You can only see it when you get to it. Some of the products are really cheap especially if you have a club card. The toilets are really nice with a three 3in1 dispenser. The self scanners are a lot better than the one at Asda.”

“It’s hard to find a negative with this store. Always well staffed and the staff are lovely. Customer services have got it right which is a rarity today. Easy parking and a good selection of goods. Over the last year I have been moving around to ‘cost’ different supermarket chains and M&S, as long as you’re selecting carefully, are on top for price and quality. Especially with veg, bread and milk the essentials are cost effective. My only negative is that some of the more popular ranges of meals have seen a stark sometime disproportionate increase but this is company wide. e.g the Ramen meal deal which had priced me out. But instead of buying twice a week I’ve just reduced to once. Overall, well done M&S”

“Very big and has a good range of homeware, toys, clothing etc. The food selection is quite restrictive. Although there is lots of food in quantity the choice, especially the ethnic and world selections, is limited. Staff can be very rude and there doesn't appear to be a culture of staff calling out or responding on other staffs rudeness and bad attitudes to customers.”
