“I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE ELASTIC BANDAGE PROCEDURE I HAD. 🙏🙏🙏 60 days ago I had elastic ligation with Dr. Marcelo, on the first day I saw the difference, the hemorrhoid didn't come out, I was impressed because it came out every time I had a bowel movement. Only in the first few days it was a nuisance, but very peaceful. Of course, we know that it varies from patient to patient, but I highly recommend that you talk about this possibility with your doctors and, if possible, go to Dr Marcelo, he is a genius! Thank you very much to the secretaries (out of 10 service!) and to Dr Marcelo for everything! I'm very happy, thank God!🙏”

“I was transferred to Francisco Mouram Hospital from SAMEB hospital, where my diagnosis was inflammation in the pancreas and stones in the gallbladder. The first consultation with the surgeon when I arrived informed me that I would be hospitalized for treatment of the pancreas, and after the treatment I would undergo surgery to remove the stones (this included all my exams, tomography, ultrasound, blood and urine tests) I was hospitalized on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, completely fasting without water or food. On Thursday morning, a nurse who did not identify himself entered the medication room and informed me that I was discharged and that my tests did not show any altered results. I asked him about the pain because everyone saw that he didn't sleep at night because the pain was intense. He said he would give medicine to the house and I would have to look for a clinic in my city. (SUS is national, regardless of the city where I am, I can get medical care in another city where I don't live). I asked to speak to a surgeon, and a Dr. Friend of this same Nurse came saying that she couldn't do anything and if I lived in Barueri she could still give me the referral with priority, other than that there's nothing to do. I spent every day without eating, without drinking water, and in the medication room because no bed was available, and I didn't undergo surgery, I left the reception area vomiting, and the security guard said he couldn't do that because I was really sick. The pain is permanent, I can't eat or sleep, because the pain is absurdly strong, and the medicines that the Dr gave, as I said, have no effect. First time in my life I needed SUS care and they didn't help me. A hospital so renamed and denying care. How is it not urgent if the person only lives on medication? To the point of taking morphine to sleep? Negligence, yes, for denying care because I am not a resident of the city of Barueri. And what do I do with my pain? If I can't even work? Inadmissible”
