Other people I met included the clinic manager, nurses, anaesthetists, the surgery team- every one an absolutely gorgeous person who made me feel special. “Short of staff. Spent 12 hours, yes, TWELVE. Waiting to be seen with shortness of breath. Nurses laughing and joking whilst the waiting room is full. The blonde receptionist and the blue-eyed nurse on triage seem like they took a course on sarcasm and irony. They don't treat you like you're in need of help. You shouldn't treat someone with so much irony, these people need help. Do you think we want to spend our night in A&E? Why would we do that? We're not kids lying that we're sick just to avoid going to school. We're adults needing help and empathy. I still had to work at 8am in the morning after spending twelve hours in the hospital 7pm to 7am. I don't know who these people think they are, but they shouldn't be working in such a sensitive place.”

“Every staff member from as soon as I got there was so helpful and understanding. They explained every procedure to me which was handy because I was going into the unknown. I would highly recommend it to anyone considering getting a hair transplant done. The nurses were very good at keeping me entertained throughout which obviously made time go fast. I can’t that the hair dr clinic enough. Amazing. If anyone is unsure on whether to do, do it, you won’t regret it”

“I have just had laser eye surgery with Optical Express. From the first consultation to the final product I have nothing but respect for all the hard work the team have done. They made the whole process move very swiftly but also put me at ease when I had questions / concerns. The team at OE including Usman and the surgeon have done an excellent job and I would thoroughly recommend going there should you wish to have laser eye surgery. I know it’s a scary feeling having it done but honestly you are in an out within a couple of minutes. Thanks again for everything! Craig”

“I have had 2 hip replacements here both with the same consultant Mr Brew,one in 2016 and 1 in Oct last year. Both went very well and after 3 months I am back to being able to go out for long walks .I would certainly recommend anyone to have the operation if they are in any doubt about it The staff were all very helpful and friendly.”
