“Office staff for Dr Friedman very rude and non empathetic. I know they put us at the bottom of the appointment list as the entire room is now empty and we have been in front of many people. Or they ought right ignored us. It has been over an 1:45 hour. Kinda feel they left for lunch and don’t really care. We’ve been to many of Dr Friedman’s locations. And this one is for the( 2nd time ) has been by far the worst. Don’t schedule appointments here”

“Dr Deuk gives and delivers hope! He is caring, very knowledgeable, and experienced. All things you want in someone you have taking care of or fixing your body. He made me feel comfortable and safe with everything I was going through before I even went to see him. He was the first person to say "I'm sorry you're going through this." That was important to me; when you are in immense, prolonged pain, this can be a very important step to healing. His actions and the results confirm that you are safe in his hands and he will figure out how to help from palliative care to surgery. “Don’t understand why Dr. Sosa advertises so much and now has the payment plan and financing. When you call their office you give them the insurance information and you never get a callback. If the insurance doesn’t cover, they should at least offer the finance option or maybe you could pay the cash if the price is right I don’t know if Dr. Sosa is aware, there has to be better customer service.”
