“Dr Richard Wyzykowski is an outstanding orthopedic surgeon. He has performed surgery for carpal tunnel on both of my hands, and removed a cyst correcting a trigger finger issue. Hands have healed beautifully, no scars, and everything is back to normal. “The worst experience I have ever had. They convinced me with a "satisfaction guaranteed" contract. One year after the procedure, at the follow up appointment the physician agreed that the density is nothing of what it was expected. He recommended a second procedure. I asked the consultant to review together the contract. He became rude and told me that there were patients outside waiting. The entire appointment lasted 12 minutes. I drove two hours to have the opportunity to talk to a physician. This consultant does not have any connection with health care and customer service. All he was trying to do was to commit me for another $12k session. I contacted already an attorney.”
