“On Dec 15th dr Carol jones did corrective surgery on my foot which was necessary after an accident over 2 years ago. Last week they removed the stitches and for the first time in well over 2 years I am pain free. He knows what he is doing without a doubt. He deserves a lot more than 5 stars. Thank you Dr Jones it’s nothing short of a miracle.”

“Associated Urologists' Raleigh location is completely unresponsive when it comes to prescription refills. Most recently, my pharmacy faxed in three separate requests to the fax number they provided for refills. All were ignored. Their voicemail phone tree disconnects your call on the medication refills prompt when you press the button to speak to someone about a delayed refill. When I finally did get through to the person who handles refills, my calls went straight to voicemail. Better yet, the practice then ignored the two detailed voicemail messages that I left for them to process my refill. I even let them know that I was out of medication and was still ignored. This has been going on for two weeks. I had to find another provider on an emergency basis to get my medication refilled. In 2023, it's completely unacceptable to fail to refill a patient's medication. How long does it take to process an electronic prescription? Last time I checked, it was way less than two weeks. If you are looking for a provider that shows that it cares about its patients by providing good customer service, look elsewhere. If you rely on your medication and expect timely refills, look elsewhere.”

Alamance Eye Center

102 Medical Park Dr B, Mebane, NC 27302, United States

“This was my first time to the Alamance Eye center. It was a very good experience. It took three weeks to get an appointment. I thought that was a good sign, they must be good. I arrived on time after having missed the right hand turn, I should’ve made a right - Google maps told me that the office was on the left, but it was really on the right - I realized that after I had went back and saw the sign. I got there on time and the receptionist was busy and I understand that they had a new computer system they were learning. So I was patient. Then I waited about half an hour for a technician. I think her name was Andrea, she came and took me to the exam room. She took my glasses from me and after five or 10 minutes came back and did the eye chart test. She was very good. She told me what letters I missed and that I had 20/20 vision with my glasses. Then she left and I waited another 10 minutes for Dr. King to come in. And he was very good also. He also told me as he was doing the exam things like- your retinas look good, your so and so looks good, and explained everything that he could think of as we went along. He was very thorough. As I was leaving to pay my bill with the receptionist, I asked for my prescription and she said she would get it for me. I waited another 10 minutes for that. This time a woman in the waiting room approached me and asked was I waiting a long time and I said yes, this has been taking longer than I though. I’ve been here for two hours and we both agreed that it wasn’t like this at our primary care physicians or dentist office. And maybe there was just too many patients here. But that’s a good sign. But maybe too many. When I left, the Dr had dilated my eyes this made the sun very, very bright. I held the door open for an elderly woman that was coming out and she said the sun was too bright she could not see. I agreed with her, it was difficult to drive home. It would be nice if when leaving we were offered some cheap sunglasses so we can safely drive home. All in all a good (but long) experience. If you make an appt. be prepared to wait. And have someone who is able to wait that long with you, drive you home.”
