Then, the tech who administered the various eye tests was well versed in the procedures, reassuring, kind and gentle as she performed the tests. Finally, by the time I met the doctor, I was extremely confident all would go well. Looking forward to the upcoming necessary surgery.”

“I had an appointment scheduled for tomorrow 12/06/2023 which I scheduled a week ago. I got the message to sign in, I signed in and then got a text message that my appointment was cancelled. I called them to see what was going on, the young man that answered said I couldn't go there anymore. I asked "Why?" he said his boss said I couldn't come there because I had "10 prior cancellations", which is not true. I asked to speak with his boss, and was put on hold for 20 minutes then hung up on. It is very hard to make an appointment with Dr. Britton who I had seen before, 3 years ago and once prior to that because he works 1 day a week for 4 hrs or so. I was only going to go there because I was a prior patient. It took them a solid week to decide I was not worthy to go there. I already have made an appointment for tomorrow, with a company that is more professional. I did remark that Hand Surgery Associates are discriminatory. Just letting others know. I have an injury that needs treated, and have been denied for a reason with no merit. Shame on you. So everyone who complains gets a form letter. How impersonal can you be. I am scheduled for surgery same day I was supposed to have an appointment with you. Before I got banned. This is pathetic how you treat your patients. Don't waste your time sending me another form letter. You would think you would want patients, guess not.”

“Everyone at the office was great. The front desk women were helpful, patient, and pleasant. The ladies in the back office were excellent! All of them were very professional, kind and explained everything to me. I love Dr Holt. I felt he was extremely knowagable, professional, and checked both eyes very well. I would highly recommend this doctor and office to anyone.”
