“This is my personal opinion, but do you charge money for this soba? That's what it feels like. Did you intentionally make the thickness uneven? It's really questionable, and there are some parts that aren't cut and are shaped like dumplings, which are hard and leave a residue in your mouth. These soba noodles look like they were scraped together from the discarded ends of soba noodles. When I was putting it on the table, the employee's hand hit the soba soup container and spilled all of it, but I didn't apologize right away, I just said I'd wait for a while and put it down. Everyone makes mistakes, and I don't care about that at all, but the way I deal with it is too amateurish. “The place gets real busy on certain times of day and certain days. We were asked to wait, but we didn’t expect to wait more than 40min to get a table for 5 people. It would have been good if they told us we would have to wait quite long; and we did ask for an eatimate waiting time but they refused to say anything. The food that was available was good… but even engaging the staff about the menu was slightly disturbing; lots of items in the menu were not available and they suggested we get the “seasonal” (pricier) versions of some food like the tempura which end up being items that weren’t necessarily in season.”
