“Always have such a great experience here at Tokyo Japanese Steakhouse. The moment you walk in the door you are warmly greeted. We went on a Sunday night and it was relaxing environment. Our waitress was always prompt and our Chef was very personal and friendly. We both ordered the Steak and Shrimp with fried rice and a variety of sushi. Excellence is all I can say!”

“I’ve eaten at Boru well over a dozen times now and it’s always been very good. The only complaint I have is that the service can be inconsistent and the prices are a bit high for what you’re getting in my opinion. I’ve never had a bad bowl of ramen, a bad entrée, or a bad appetizer at this restaurant. Everything has always been very good. The chicken katsu is a feast! It’s literally enough food for two meals. I highly recommend this place, especially when the weather turns cold.”

“Absolutely loved this place! The waitress was so friendly and sweet. She was talkative and joked with our table which we really enjoyed. The cook was awesome. I can’t say good enough things about the food. The portions were large and I was able to take home half of my food for another meal. I loved the noodles! I got the chicken and shrimp combo (I took the pic before I had gotten the rest of my food) They also serve a great plum wine. Over all great experience, I will be back.”

“I ordered the hibachi dinner combo of the steak and shrimp. And i tell you i was not satisfied what so ever!! My shrimp was over cooked and it was warm/cool temperature and for my steak i asked for medium rare and it was fully cooked and also it was warm not hot or steamy it was warm!!!. And with my noodles also warm and rice over cooked. I will never ever come back to this restaurant. All my food was over cooked and cold/warm. Coming from a hibachi it should of been hot coming out but it was not. I do not recommend this place!!! So far the only place that serves good hibachi is the restaurant in houma. It was awful my food that not even my boyfriend food was good his was over sauced. So bad we didn't leave no tip.”

“I passed this restaurant all the time, and I even had a doordash order from here one time, but I never experienced it for myself until recently. So, I ordered 2 orders of Gyozas(5 or 6 pieces), which are pork dumplings, 1 order of Shumai(8 pieces), which is a shrimp dumpling, and a sushi roll called Clearview Roll. The price was about the same everywhere. I paid about $35. Let me start with the service. I was ordering to-go, so that is all I can account for. The two ladies that were at the door were very helpful and patient. So, there are no complaints in the service area. Ok, all of it was delicious. I didn't eat the pork dumplings, but I was told they were delicious. I dont really care for the rolls that have shrimp tempura or that is fried, but these were lightly fried, and the shrimp tempura wasn't an issue. Now, I did take a menu and looked further and seen some other stuff I would like to try so that will be my next visit plus maybe reordering what I already know is good that all depends on what I feel like eating. So, if you have done what I did and slept on this place, stop sleeping.”
