“Overall a very beautiful community and the walking sidewalks and trails around the lake are particularly nice. For members, the ability to rent party boats and kayaks makes it very special. I've enjoyed time on the lake with my grandchildren just meandering the water on a pontoon party boat and having a nice lunch on a sunny day. My grandkids also enjoyed the summer camps there.”

“This place is a gem! Purchased a season pass this year… it’s a great deal if you plan on going every weekend. My only complaint is that I wasn’t able to use it during the week over the summer. The park is a great place to bring your kids to escape the heat. (Dog friendly as well! 🐶🐾 *they provide life vest for your furbaby as well.) …”

“Last year we were the whole summer here and it is nice to stay and play with my son at the pool. Sometimes it was just disappointing since the opening houers changed and it wasn't written somewhere than on theire door. Staff is nice and friendly! Edit: Changed from 3 to 5 stars since I got answer where I can find any changes :)”

“Planet fitness management is SO FRUSTRATING. I moved in from out of state, naturally I transferred my home gym. Within 3 months, I moved again TWO hours away, so I tried to transfer my home gym again to one 5mins from my new place. But their policy won't let my account transfer my home gym and NO ONE seems to be able to do anything about it. What is the point of having management who can't do any administrative handling of accounts??? I haven't been able to go to the gym in over a month yet I'm still paying for it!! Even worse, I can't get an upgraded membership unless I go in person??? How ridiculous, that's TWO hours away! I don't have the time or the means. This place advertises 24hrs service, but there's never any management early morning hours (my only free time), it's always only mid-day! Canceling now would make me pay more money than I already have without even a refund. Extremely frustrated with lack of administrative functionality allowed to employees. How will you fix this?@PlanetFitness”

“Awesome swim school! The GM is amazing. On our first day, we came in looking like lost guppies, and she was friendly and informed us how it works. She even took time to give us a quick tour before her first class. The first couple weeks were scream sessions, but all the instructors were patient and easygoing. I wish I knew the name of the young lady today 10/17 3:20pm in zone 18 she is phenomenal! She remembered my daughter's name (Charla) from just one class. We love our Saturday instructor, too (Mahika?). Clean facilities, great staff, and full of amenities in the changing rooms. Aqua tots 4 LIFE <3”

“This is a nice quiet neighborhood park. They have several covered eating areas for use. At current time the biggest one is undergoing some remodeling. Nice park to spend time with the family in the evenings and on the weekend. The playground area and bathrooms are in good condition but not centrally located.”

“In the KidsClub everyone is really good to the kids and they are often reading books to my kids or playing with them. I can put my kids there and know they are being really well taken care of. Kids Night Out also I know my kids are in good hands. Swim lessons work great for us because my kids are different ages and abilities but I can sign them up for the same lesson times and they have the lessons in the same pool just different classes. So I can be there watching all of them! Everyone who works at the Central Y is welcoming and kind to me and my kids. I love my gym and everyone who knows me has probably heard me say that at least once if not more. I rarely write reviews and I am receiving nothing for writing this review. I just really wanted to post this because this gym has been a really good thing in my life for the past year and a half.”

“Visited the scenic Ironhorse campsite – great for boating. Water Activities: The vast lake's mild waves can make shallow areas muddy. For clear water swimming, kayak deeper in. Boat Rentals: Government-operated rentals aren't cheap – kayaks at $80 all-day; boats $600. Parking: Day-picnickers pay $8 parking. Campers included. Campsite: Pet-friendly. Fine soil means tents need cleaning. Restrooms are clean. Beware of abundant burrs for pet owners. Temperature swings from 104°F day to 50°F night; pack accordingly. Nearby: 'Angels Camp Town' (15-min drive) has old Western-style buildings, cheaper kayak rentals, and a supermarket for supplies.”
