“Honestly a horrible place to go would not recommend to anybody. The changing rooms are wreckless they stink and are covered in dirt and rubbish, they make no effort at all to clean. Bathrooms have a putrid smell of urine and faeces. Leisure centre manager Sonya is a horrible women and it’s blatantly disrespectful to everyone. NEVER USE THEIR FACILITIES”

“This is such a mixed review. The facilities for kids is superb, lots to do for younger kids. I can't understate how cold the entire place is. There's a freezing breeze coming from the dressing rooms which hits the kids area head on. The water temperature is on the low side making this very uncomfortable for kids and adults alike. My 2 year old had his teeth chattering and lips were gone blue and we gave up just under an hour into a 2 hour session. A few other negatives include the tiny lockers, extremely dirty changing rooms, we had a smell of sick out of one and smoke out of another. 2 other family rooms we tried had bags left there by others who obviously didn't want to use the locker. An entirely cashless facility is personified by the lockers costing 1 euro and the token to unlock the lockers costing 1.50. I'd drop it to 2 stars only for the kids enjoyed the hour they got”

“It was my first time going there, I didn’t know that I will need a lock, but I thought in Iceland it shouldn’t be a problem leaving my locker unlocked. When I got back I couldn’t find my gym bag. After some search I found it in an other random locker. I think everything is inside , just my bra is missing. Someone stoled my bra! Yes, my bra, bro! Okay, it was a pretty lace one in brown colour, but seriously! My bra??!! What the hell is happening with you??? (I hope you read it!) … Btw a gym is huge, but it still felt crowded (6pm), needed to wait a lot for some machines. After this experience I will definitely not going back.”

“Staff are great! Friendly and helpful, and make the entire place feel very welcoming. There's a real community spirit here. I use it for personal swims, aqua aerobics - the most fun fitness class mainly due to the other attendees and great instructors I am doing the L3 swim lessons to improve technique and endurance, and have seen a huge improvement in just 7 weeks. It's not the fanciest place, but it's clean and it's so welcoming - I'd take that over fancy any day.”

“Great place now the extension and new equipment is in, although a do feel sorry for the staff because some people using it are just inconsiderate, not cleaning equipment after use or leaving locker rooms and bathrooms is horrible states... The staff work super hard to keep this place looking great.”

“I want to stress that the gym itself provides ample resources for a complete body workout. However, two specific factors have notably detracted from my overall experience, with one of the most pronounced issues being the absolutely toxic and deleterious behavior of the blonde reception girl. Her conduct not only reflects a lack of respect but also exhibits an extremely rude, insolent, and contemptuous attitude that leaves me questioning how she managed to secure the position. If I were the manager, I would have terminated her employment a long time ago due to her consistently harmful, corrosive, and offensive behavior. It's disheartening to note that her interactions are filled with a mix of racist comments, making the gym environment even more inhospitable. I'm glad I don't see her in the gym, only when I walk in and out. Moreover, her efforts to turn people against me are not only divisive but also showcase a malicious and malevolent side. Her dismissive and insulting actions create a hostile atmosphere, further confirming the detrimental impact of her presence on the overall gym experience. Secondly, another aspect that diminishes the overall gym experience is the staff's apparent lack of intervention when someone is smoking vape within the gym facility. This indifferent approach not only goes against the gym's policy but also creates an unhealthy and unpleasant atmosphere for all patrons. It's disconcerting that the staff's inaction allows such disrespectful and disruptive behavior to persist unchecked. In my opinion gym has all basic equipment to do a full body workout but be aware of that blonde toxic insecure cake.”

“Lovely pool little slide for the children in the smaller pool. The staff were lovely but the stink of urine at the top of the communal changing area was horrible. The toilets and floors were absolutely filthy. This turned me off going back which is a pity because the 2 smaller pools are great for the kids”

“Very nice gym facilities in the centre of Dublin. Lots of equipment to suit all requirement and enough equipment to cope with busy times. There are also scheduled fitness classes that are available for hotel guests too. All equipment, pool and changing facilities were very clean.”

“Went swimming here. Staff were helpful and provided a pool chair to help me to the changing rooms. There is a disability room complete with toilet facilities and bed etc, however this was in use so I used a roomy family room to change. The lockers look a little scruffy ,some have doors missing and could do with a tidy up. You must wear a cap. There are showers which you pass and short few steps to poolside. We took the slightly longer ramp way. It was difficult for my partner to push me over the poolside drainage channels but no option. A very nice life guard helped me into the pool by a chair which lowers you in and out gently. There are lanes for swimming lengths if you wish. There is a child pool separate. There are aqua aerobics classes in winter here too. The pool also has sauna/ steam room. Check availability before you go as the pool is sometimes used by schools.”
