“It's been a great opportunity to join with Griffith mates to witness this amazing aquatic centre. The place looks awesome 😎 and well maintained. They have pool depth from basic 1m and 3m category. Advance to 16m, 20m deep level for professionals. The centre also contain small shops inside which you get basic stuffs for swimming 🥽. Mainly this place it's not "free" we need to pay entry fee. “Beautiful pool in a beautiful location overlooking the Arafura Sea. Amazing place to watch the sunset from in the water. Easily accessible from the City, and suburbs on Bus 4 which stops one block away. Food and drink is available at the pool and there is also a large cafe/restaurant next door. Entry fee is $5.40 for adults.”

“Good place for a swim, spa and sauna. Live away from the beach now so this is a good alternative to have nearby. As of today, use of spa, sauna and pool for one day is $10 per person (adult). A nice addition to the area. Can't wait till the maintenance for the 50m pool is finished - would like to do laps there. Though the 25m one has been fine to use.”

I have loved the pool I also love the new gym layout and gym equipment, I think this was sorely needed, and great to see so many people engaged in fitness. I look forward to seeing how the Pavilion is used for the community and for members. I’ll keep coming back!”

“The gym here has great machines and is a really good gym, but it’s let down by very strange management choices. It’s not 24/7, despite every other gym being 24 hrs. They claim this is because the pool is apart of the centre, even though they are very separated areas with multiple doors that can be locked to the pool area, and it wouldn’t be difficult to make a scanner on one of the external gym doors for after hours entry for members. This wouldn’t be so much of a problem if they didn’t have the weirdest hours ever. They close at 9pm on Friday and 7pm on weekends? What is the gym meant for, school aged children who need to be in bed by 10?And forget about public holidays, half the times they are closed or if by some miracle they are open it’s only till 3pm. There is no excuse for this, as you don’t need the gym staffed all the time- look at every single gym in Melbourne which runs 24 hrs?? They are not staffed. The constant closures are a problem too. In the many years I’ve been a member, the gym has been closed every single year for WEEKS at a time for “works”. Recently they closed the entire gym for over a week to fix one drinking fountain…I’ve never heard of a gym having this many closures constantly. Every few months Aquahub gym close for weeks on end for “repairs” or “maintenance” for the simplest of tasks which shouldn’t take more than a day or two and don’t need the entire gym closed. This happens every single year. It’s a shame that such a great gym causes so much inconvenience to its members, especially at the price point.”

“On a hot sunny Sunday morning decided to cool off in the local pool, after buying tickets for the family I find out the only pool with any shade is full booked for swim lessons until after lunch, turns out this occurs for half the day every Saturday and Sunday! Every impressive way to drive the public away on what should be the busiest days. Next asked if we could use the corner, as there were only 3 children in the entire pool, they said no, with no clear reason why as the 3 children and teacher were all in one lane. Finally asked reception for a refund and they said they don't do refunds! we had been there less than 5 minutes. Oh and they don't do free sunscreen, has to be one of the least sun safe pools in Australia.”

“If you’re looking for somewhere to relax, this is the place. There are three pools here each of varying temperatures to allow you to get your hot steamy water fix. Water gets in each pool and also a kiddies pool which was unfortunately not open at the time we visited. Lifeguards in attendance, and generally goodwill across all visitors.”
