“Having served on the U.S.S. Dwight D. Eisenhower from 1980 to 1984, I was excited to visit the Eisenhower center in The Villages. What a beautiful memorial to all the military branches and to those who served. I was slightly disappointed, though, that there was very little about the namesake aircraft carrier which I called home for 4.5 years. There are all sorts of donated military memorabilia on display. The most heart wrenching were the letters to families informing them that their loved ones had been lost in action. I was surprised to hear a big band orchestra playing in one on the large auditoriums. Bravo! Quite a collection of talented local resident musicians practicing their passion.”

“Super nice club with lots of tennis courts, pickleball courts, pool tables, fitness area, pools, hot tub, bocce ball, and more. Lots of parking if you live in a driving distance. They have a bar if you’re looking to buy drinks and lay by the pool or get some food with your family. The decorations are very nice and fit well with the overall vibe, and there washrooms are very clean and have showers for people who like to have a rinse after swimming.”

“We rented 2 umbrellas to host a birthday party and it was absolutely amazing and tons of fun. During the summer it does get really hot but the water will keep you cool The only thing is if there's any thunderstorms then they will shut it down. Bring your kids here and watch them have a ball.”

“Very fun safe and clean . The chlorine is very strong wear goggles but it can’t cover your nose they won’t allow it they do have a few rules but overall we love going my kids age 5 / 6 14 and 16 year old loves the diving bored and we enjoy our time together there !! They have life vest for kids or adults that can’t swim 🏊♀️ they have bathrooms and showers 🚿! Big parking lot it’s covered but outside air big open doors so not cold or to hot inside typically . Highly recommend and it’s $1 for duval residence”

“Really great place for sports, recreation and family fun. Can get rid of traffic, noise and just enjoy at the park with kids and family or take your kids for sports activities. Really peaceful, amazing place to relieve stress. They have lots of sports activities if you want your kid to sign up for fooball, flag football, cheer, soccer etc”

“Gave only 4 stars due to disorganization of the premium area, families that didn’t purchase (we know they didn’t purchase because you could hear them talking about it) floating cabanas and were using them. People from other areas coming into premium, why pay $175 for a cabana when I can just pay general admission and then claim it. Other than that, the staff is great, food is great, park is beautiful, lots of family fun. Entry fees a bit excessive.”

“Wonderful private country club. The golf course is in very nice condition with very quick greens that roll true and smooth. Their outdoor Cafe near the pool serves a nice lunch with several tasty choices. The staff are all very friendly.”

“WOW. I play a lot of golf . This course is almost perfect. The greens were not cut the same. So, my only issue with the course is that the greens are inconsistent. The staff, incredible. Value for the money, incredible. Very good experience. I will play here any time I am in Tally. Highly recommend!”
